Good people who know how to handle their pups as well as being helpful! I lost my husbands work truck key in the wood chips . A week later some kind dog owner left the lost key on the post for me to find ! Very grateful for you -whoever you are

Jasper's is definitely one of my favorite places to bring my canine companion. Rain or shine, she loves it. The area is pretty good sized and enclosed. There are different elements within the park from forested trees to flat open areas. The owners are always taking care of their dogs very well. There are plastic bags at the park for those that may have forgotten. Thete is also a separate area for smaller dogs. The things that I can find that I am not a huge fan is that it is on a hill side, not that the dogs mind and there is no water for the dogs to swim and I go to Marymoor for that. A definite asset to out neighborhood.

This is a wonderful neighborhood dog park in a very very cool place. It's big enough for the dogs to run and play and it's hilly so it wears them out a little bit. There are trees and bushes for them to sniff and the people and other dogs are very nice. However the odds of us coming back are slim. The surface of the park really is horrible. It creates dust every time the dogs run or play and I imagine if it's raining it's very muddy. I know it can be expensive to resurface the whole park but it definitely reduces the pleasantness of the visit here. I originally gave this review three stars but for the last 10 minutes I've been running from place to place trying to stay up wind of the dust. It's horrible. The other glaring problem is that there is no water. There's a single bowl in the middle of the park but to fill it you have to leave the park and walk a couple hundred feet down the path. Then fill the bowl and carry it back. Not always easy to do with a couple of large rambunctious dogs on leashes. I am amending my review again a few minutes later as I have found the water fountain is broken. And one more time as I have found a sign that says that shared bowls spread disease. I now understand the sentiment however there should be signs clearly saying at the entrance of the park that is there is no water. Or there should be water. There are a lot of signs here telling you what to do. One of them says "Jaspers tip: bring your own water." Jasper is their cartoon dog on all the posters. I've been to a lot of dog parks in a number of states. In my business I travel with my dogs daily. I have never been to a dog park with no water. Until now. And there are no trash cans in the park.

The size was just right, 2 acres. I could keep a watchful eye on my dog, he had plenty of room to just run, the park was clean and seemed safe. My dog is medium sized so we wore him out in the larger dog area then let him play with the smaller dogs in the 30lbs or less area. There were lots of dogs running and playing with each other in both the small and large area, no dogs were laying around. There is bark on the ground but I didn't see or step in any droppings. It is unfortunate the parking isn't better and there isn't much variety to the layout (scenery) but that is really just being picky. I have taken my dog there 3 times now, each time the park was clean and all the dogs were running around.

Magnuson off leash park is HUGE to put it simply. There are few gates to enter into, one of which is right near the "small" dog section of the dog park which is nice the other entrances lead to a huge field mixed with grass but is mostly dirt. At the entrance are some hoses to hydrate the dogs or hose them down quickly before entering of leaving. On really hot days I'll spray my pup quickly to cool him down. From there, there is another little area not as big as the main area, but there are some additional benches and is a bit more secluded than the main. The main area has a little info board, lost and found and a covering with a table and bench so you can set things down if need be. There is a path that's maybe 0.5 mile walk that leads to the main attraction here, a nice little cove of water where the pups can go jump in the water. It's great. My pup is a tri-pawd and doesn't really swim but does like the water. There is a nice long running mat that leads into the water. It lets him gradually get into the water and it is such a thoughtful addition there. I find the people at this area are generally nice and have had pleasant visits each time here. Best Off leash area I've visited thus far.

Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Owners and people who enjoy dogs, lounge on plush couches sipping libations or playing one of the many board games provided for free. There is even a pool table! The staff are friendly and the bar also has draft beer as well as all manner of mixed drinks. My wife and I and Bomer, (our King Charles Cavalier) came to check this place out. We had thought there would be food, but apparently the health department will not allow it. We were told that we could bring our own food, and there are plenty of places in the neighborhood to get some including a wonderful BBQ place 2 blocks away. Besides the bar area, there are some indoor and outdoor play areas for the doggies. It was raining that day but I did have a look. The outdoor area is quite small compared to some other dog/people bars I've seen There are also a couple of indoor play areas. One is exclusively for boarding doggies, which, I did go to check out and was immediately mobbed by both large and small dogs. They were friendly but, I was quite overwhelmed and the staff helped me exit. Now I was told there was yet another indoor play area for visitors, but it was "not open". The owner lady did tell me she would open it for us, but never followed up and I thought her messaging about it was a little confusing. Other than that the basic bat area seemed nice, and we could see there were quite a few regulars there who knew each other as well as the dogs seemed to. Our little Boomer tried to make friends and was able to run around and play with some of the other dogs We did order some drinks, I enjoyed my draft beer but my wife did not like the one red wine they had which tasted a like a port that had been mixed with a red blend. Blech! So, now for the stars. As my Yelp friends know, I ALWAYS start with five and deduct from there. I will have to deduct a half star for the terrible red wine with no alternatives. If you're going to be "a bar" you need good wine and more than one option. Then a half star for the mixed messaging I encountered over the "public indoor play space. So four stars! If you have one of those ball throw tools, you're not going to run out of distance with your best throw. The small dog side is slightly smaller and features a gravel/dirt and grass field. There are well established wooded trails to either side which lead to the lakefront section of the park: about a half mile round trip. The people are friendly and dog conflicts rare. (Personal hint: if you have a troublesome dog, put a muzzle on them before taking them out in public or to any park: the dog really won't mind. You can always remove it). On-site parking is good except for the rare little league tournaments, as the 3 ballfields and well-appointed playground share the park/parking. There's even street overflow parking.
