I have been trying to receive my refund that was already issued to Ford of Elizabethton since…read more11/11. This is after having to reach out and cancel the policy myself as I could not reach anyone at this establishment. On 11/12 I visited Ford of Elizabethton in person and waited from 3:38pm to 6:24pm to be told that "they were getting the check", only to be told before close at that point that the person who signs the checks was not there. I was provided a cell phone number for a point of contact who has yet to respond to calls, voicemails, texts or emails. I began reaching out to this person on 11/15 which was the Friday I was told the comp controller would return to sign the checks, otherwise, per the Director of Finance, "none of payroll will be done and we all won't get a check." I have reach out every weekday since 11/15 and no response. If you call the establishment directly and press 4 for finance you will stay on hold until service or a member of sales answers who will place you back on hold until the call disconnects. I then reached out directly to the administrator of the policy that issued the refund. It was verified with me that I did follow the correct procedure for getting my refund and that they had issued it to Ford of Elizabethton on 10/8, and their processing shows completed with funds available to Ford by 11/10. We are now beginning a new week of no response by Ford of Elizabethton. I look forward to hearing back from ANYONE. My information on file was confirmed correct when I was there in person on 11/12.

The job estimate went from around $600 to $1800 to $3400 by the time I got the vehicle back. The problem was confined entirely to the brakes. No engine problem or no transmission problem. Just brakes!! They got the vehicle in there and then just kept raising the price to gouge me. I am sure they will have some BS response(coverup) but these are the facts. $3400.00 for a brake repair. This dealership is truly an example of "BUYER BEWARE".

If I could give 0 stars I would! I drove over 3 hrs to see a…read moretruck that their online person, Emily said would be there and ready when I arrived. I also received a message from Bryson the salesman I was supposed to see and could not reach hm after 2 calls at the number provided. When I arrived, I did not see the truck out front but figured maybe it would be elsewhere on the lot. I asked for Bryson upon my arrival and he immediately passed me off to another salesperson. Jasmine was nice but had no clue what was happening. The truck I came to see was not pulling up in their inventory??? She went to the sales desk and spoke to a manager for several minutes and his name is Nick. He came to me and said the truck that, mind you, is still on their website being advertised has not been on the lot in a year! This is completely unacceptable business practice and felt like a classic bait and switch. All they could keep telling me is it was their first day under new ownership and I said it was not relevant to my situation. I will never return to this dealership or recommend them moving forward. Absolutely wasted my time and fuel! Did not offer any real solutions or apology for this. Very frustrating and I still have no truck!

Lynn (manager) Jacob (GM) and Leanne (customer service rep) all say it is on accounting that wrote a check December 1st. All of which cant explain why the check has not gone out or given a good reason why It is waiting. They are all shields to speak to accounting and I am not able to figure out why. Next step is BBB - James was a really good sales rep - I'd give him 5 stars. Leanne is sympathetic however she is unable to help other than telling me the check still has not been mailed (I'd give her 5 stars for trying) I've tried multiple calls (mailboxes are full) and face-to-face. We do like the vehicle we purchase - This rant is completely on accounting and they way they handle payoffs
