I brought my car to this "body shop" for a repair. They did a horrible job! Probably the worse…read morerepair job that I have ever experienced. They had so many sloppy and unprofessional work habits, I literally lost track. Every auto shop that I have ever been to puts down a protective mat on the driver and passenger floor when you bring in your car for repair. They do this to protect your car's interior. Don't count on this from BBC. Not only will they not protect your car from dust, dirt, grease, etc., they will make it worse. When I came in to pick up my car, I found several parts like the ac vent cover and the rocker panel was removed from the car. The ac vent was laying in the driver's seat floor. The rocker panel was lying in a junk pile near the bay door. I had to go hunt the part down, because I was the only one that realized it was missing. The car has a key fob. The key fob was jammed in the ignition like someone had never used that type of key application before. Most key fobs you just use them to start your car and you can then set it in the cup holder or something. My key fob was jammed into the ignition. I had to pry it out. Someone at this shop used a jack or something to lift my vehicle and they damaged the floorboard of my rearend. They tried to lift it at a soft metal spot where it was not meant to be lifted. Of course they did not take ownership of this. The paint job they did was terrible. It did not match the other painted areas. And there was one spot that was damaged, like a tool had scraped it. It had peeled already. I ended up taking my car to Franks Accurate Body Shop to fix the paint job that BBC did. If you are looking for a really good quality body shop, you should check out Franks Accurate Body Shop. So even after all of this happened. I went on like nothing had happened. I did not write any reviews or anything. And then today I was scrolling through Facebook, and I accidentally hit an ad for BBC. They have them all over the place, I have never seen anything so pathetic. So, after I accidentally hit the ad, this AI robot sent me a message. I made a comment about how terrible the business was. I would not go to BBC to get my spare tire rotated. And then the message found its way to the owner, who passively aggressively loved my comment. And laughed it off. Which pretty much validated my claim. Everything is a joke to these guys. If it were my business, I would want to find out why a customer had a bad experience and find out what I could do to make it better. Not BBC. They do not comply with the normal conventions of ethical business owners. Instead, this person accused me of never being a customer, so I must not know what I am talking about, and I must be unhappy. That is what led to this review. BBC was right. I am unhappy. I am not sure if happy people like handing over $3500 for a crappy repair job. I did not like it at all. And then handing over another $500 to have it properly repaired by Franks Accurate Body Shop. There were parts on my car like the gas tube that was loose. You go to put the gas nozzle in there and it shifts because it's loose. Franks Accurate Body Shop called me after 1 day and said I may need a new car battery. I said "No, I just bought a brand-new car battery." BBC had failed to tighten the back door clip that the door hooks too, so because the door was not closing properly, it was draining the battery. How many things is that now? Like 5 or 6 things? Terrible Body Shop. But the good news is there is no waiting. Franks Accurate Body Shop has a couple-week wait list, but I promise they are worth every penny. Everyone knows they are good, or they wouldn't be in such demand. BBC are sloppy, unprofessional, incompetent, careless, passive aggressive, rude, and not worth the hassle.

I am from another state, drove in with a door problem and in less than 30 minutes it was corrected and at a reasonable price. While I was there, I asked if they performed other mechanical work and they did. I had an estimate from a local shop to replace some motor carriage insulators that I thought was high. Mr. Cook's shop performed the work for 30% less than quoted by the other shop. I drove the car 2,397 miles back home with no issues. This company could have taken advantage of me being an out of state resident but did not. This is a great firm to deal with.

Before moving here, I have had nothing but positive reviews for the One in Plano Tx and the one in Mansfield Tx. Both my car and my truck all the tires have come from Firestone, and the only work I ever had done on my truck was at Firestone. I set up an appointment yesterday 9-22-23 for today 9-23-23 at the Firestone in Slidell La at 1350 Gause Blvd, Slidell, LA 70458 for 9:00 AM . I dropped my truck off at 8:30 AM and observed what vehicles were in the Bays and which vehicles were in the parking lot. The "manager" who I would later find out to be Ronald, was talking to another customer. Telling a story to him, I waited patiently, after the customer left he finally acknowledged that I was there and asked me if he could help me, in the middle of this process a news story came on the tv and he stopped helping me to watch the news, back to helping me again stopping to watch the news and commenting on the story. Never once did he tell me how long it would take, or anything other than "we will get it looked at" Now previously at another store I went in and was waiting my turn and the customer in front of me was told it would take a couple hours to get to, when it became my turn I asked how long and the gentleman there told me right away because you have an appointment. Back to this store. I leave my car and my wife and myself go and have lunch do some things and it is getting to be 1PM - 4 hours after my scheduled appointment, no one has called. So we stop back by. My car is sitting in the bay, the car in the front bay is not the one from the morning. Mind you I am supposed to have a simple diagnostic. I ask the "manager" if my car has even been looked at, he replies he doesn't know. He looks on his board and right outside his office and the work order is not there. He tells me it is in the bay, I ask him again has it been looked at. He again replies he doesn't know. He goes out and comes back and says no it hasn't been looked at , that there were other vehicles ahead of mine. I angrily told him I had an appointment at 9 am. He tells me that appointment is to drop off only, that is not how it works. I tell him I have dealt with Firestone for years that is how it works, to get me my keys. I ask him who is the manager. He replies that would be me, then I ask him, who is his boss that is who I want to talk to. He replies I will give you his name and number. When I go out to get my truck, out of the ear shot of the customers I again ask him for his bosses contact, he tells me to figure it out. I said really that is what you have to say to me, I will figure it out. He then yells at me that I will figure out that it all comes back to him. He refused to tell me his name or give me his bosses name. I had to get his name "Ronald" and His bosses name "Chris" from the 800 number. I am awaiting a call back from "Chris" supposedly. What he doesn't know is that I just moved here to start a major project, We have 90+ f-150's and f-250's that his store would have been doing the oil changes and tires on for the next 7 years. Depending on how his boss handles this I am also considering canceling my account and credit card completely with Firestone. I wouldn't let "Ronald" service anything of mine if they were giving the service away. I have worked and provided customer service for my entire life, this guy is a horrible manager and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. He is a liar and a hothead. I should have read the reviews before going to this store. It make me wonder how someone like that keeps his job? My case# through firestone is 2764686 all of my contact information is there. The lady from the 800 "Says, Ronald is a store manager and nothing more" So he is not the district manager or area manager. "TRIPLE PROMISE" RIGHT ON TIME? I think not!
