I peeked inside and it looked closed (only lights I could see were the ones around the giant lobby mirror), but there was a sign saying everyone was with customers, so I didn't panic. 5:10 - still no response when I rang the bell, so I tried calling the number. I got a voicemail. 5:15 - called again, still voicemail, then I rang the doorbell like ten times, but still nothing. (It's a Ring bell--shouldn't someone be able to see that there's a customer at the door?) I waited until 5:20, but at this point, I was boiling hot because it was 85 degrees and they have no shade anywhere in their parking lot. I was worried I'd get a sunburn. In today's day and age of phone organization and calendar reminders, that just doesn't seem responsible to me.
