It was the best thing I have ever done. This place was referred by a friend that has been with one of their beauty technician Coco, who also works at their other location in Alhambra. I am pretty picky when it comes to facial service because most places would leave me scars or redness during extraction and just doesn't seem fit to my skin type. So I was very happy to found this place. None the less with Coco. She was very patience and detail oriented. She make sure everything is alright before moving forward. She also does this very unique Chinese "gua Sha" (scraping lightly on the shoulder back and towards the head) method as part of their detox facial. It was always very relaxing. The whole facial takes about 1.5- 2 hours, and cost $100. I think it is very reasonable with some level of shoulder massage and full facial treatment. I also highly recommend their microblading service. I've also gone through this service with Coco. And as an Asian, I do think she understands a lot of Asian feature and was able to recommend a good brow shape for me. Both my mother in law and sister in law have done microblading somewhere else, only mind have last the longest in color and in shape. I have short brow and love long eye liners. So this save me a lot of time in the morning. And she even make sure I was my face normally and applied the antibiotics cream for three days to avoid inflammation. i think i found my favorite new esthetician !!…read more karly was so sweet to me and made me so comfortable throughout the treatment! she didn't try to sell me anything, but more so educated me on my choices based on my skin. i loved that she actually listened to how my skin problems made me feel, the products i've tried, and overall how my lifestyle has been going alongside it. her studio is so cute and the way she has it set up is very accommodating with a heated bed and such. i got a custom facial from her and the steps were from what i remember: steaming, face washing, extractions, enzyme mask with light therapy, and light wand for zapping away at bacteria. i've had extractions done before and boy did they hurt. karly was very light handed and made sure to check in on me to see how it felt. the enzyme mask did sting a bit, but it was nothing compared to a chemical peel. she talked to me all throughout the facial, and it made me feel really comfortable knowing that she was very proactive with double checking what my skincare routine looked like and treatments i've tried in the past. after the facial, my skin looked SO glowy and hydrated which is something i definitely needed after overusing actives. even at night, my skin was still looking amazing!!

I used to think of myself of someone who didn´t have "good facial skin" and after going with Tiffany, people started giving me compliments about my skin, something that has never happened before. What I would definitely recommend if you decide to do the acne treatment would be: YOU HAVE TO TRUST HER. On my first appointment, just right after the treatment, my face was irritated and I was about to lose my hope because I didn´t see any improvement on that first appointment, but she explained to me that on the first sessions you won´t see any results because if you want a REAL change it doesn´t happen overnight and have to be very patient. She looked at me and said that I should just trust her. So, I choose to do so and she was right. Do not get demotivated if you don´t see changes on the first sessions, I swear it´s worth it. Tiffany´s job is deep so it takes longer but is REAL. FOLLOW EVERYTHING SHE SAYS: small habit changes, like changing your shampoo, showering at night, change your pillow sheets often and of course use the products she gives really make the difference. So if you are already paying and committing to do the treatment, those small things are actually a big part of the process.
