Called Metro East Overhead Doors today at 10:20am and our garage was up and running before noon! D and his technician even went above and beyond by greasing the track (??) and adjusting one of the sides. The price was very fair. I would 100% recommend metro east based on their professionalism, friendliness, communication, quality of Service and price. For any future repairs or even upgrades to our garage door, D & Metro East will be my first choice. Added pics of before and after for reference. Their office is just about 1 1/2 miles from my home and neighbors highly recommended them. My garage opener had been making some noises and finally the chain snapped. I called Anytime and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. My appointment was later in the day and life happens. The appointment before me was taking longer and they called to let me know and reschedule me. My life is flexible, so I took the first appointment for that Friday. That morning, I got a courtesy call letting me know that they were on the way and that Jacob would be my tech. When he arrived, he introduced himself and shook my hand (that is something you don't see everyday). We went into the garage, he saw how old my opener was (20 years) and explained my options. He went into great detail on the differences between the different openers. I asked a few questions and he answered in layman's terms that someone like me could comprehend. I made my choice and he said it would take about an hour to install. I'm one of those peps, I looked at my watch. When he was finished, it was an hour, almost to the minute. He cleaned up after himself and you couldn't even tell that work had been done in my garage. I love my new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is quiet and runs smoothly, like a soft close drawer. Great service and great product. I highly recommend Anytime Garage Door.

PLEASE READ! Terry replaced our broken spring. He knew a lot…read moreabout garage doors that's for sure. After everything was done, he told me he couldn't get the door to go down anymore. The door would try, but only go down a foot, then go back up. He said he adjusted everything he could and that it was probably time to get a new opener and rail which was about $1,000. I'm glad I didn't agree to buy anything because after he left all I had to do was adjust the down force setting with a screwdriver on the opener and it shut. With how much Terry knew about garage doors, I can't help but think he was trying to scam me. I even tipped him 15% on the job ($115). I would have given a 5 star review if he didn't try to pull any funny business.
