He finally said he'd be there Wednesday, August 12 in the afternoon. He never showed up and never called. I texted him asking why. This time he actually phoned me back and apologized, telling me he forgot because he was so focused on some other job. I explained that I had gone to a great deal of effort to prepare my property for him and was just about to suggest a new date when he became defensive, telling me that no money had yet changed hands. I thought to myself that if he treated me this way before I paid him anything, how would he treat me after got my money? I won't mention the other company's name but after I was given a fantastic price by Tim at Atomic, I called one of his competitor to tell them I was going with another vendor. The competitor tried to win my business back by claiming my insurance company called him. I called my insurance company and they said they had no record of the call and I hadn't even given a list of potential providers to them so they had no way of knowing who was in the area. I called the competitor and asked him to give me the name of who he spoke with at my insurance company. The competitor never returned my phone call. Needless to say it became even more apparent that Tim from Atomic and his team were the right choice and I couldn't be happier with their service. HIGHLY recommend Tim and his team for fair pricing and amazing work.
