You have your choice of grilled chicken, terriyaki chicken, roast pork and pork belly, which aren't all that traditional, but they tend to be the standard offerings these days. In the end, you can get a tasty, quick lunch without a line. The foodcourt setting means that, if your companions aren't fans of a Vietnamese meat roll (why are you companions??), then they can get their fill of yiros or whatever.
