I bought a rowhouse with a 1 car garage and gravel parking pad. The garage had quite a bit of deferred maintenance over the decade or so since it was built. The roof leaked. There was cracked plastic siding, some wood rot to the underlying plywood, and rotting exterior trim. The concrete garage floor was badly cracked and poorly repaired, allowing water in during the winter that would froze on the garage floor. Olive Branch did an excellent job removing and replacing the roof with upgraded architectural shingles. They replaced rotten plywood and trim, installed a vapor barrier, then re-sided the garage with upgraded Hardiplank siding. The concrete floor was demoed, removed and hauled off, then the garage floor and gravel parking pad were replaced with high-strength cement. A new french drain along the garage door keeps the rain out. The estimate was clear, accurate, and reasonable. The service was spot-on. Work crews showed up on time and didn't leave a mess. Tim oversaw all the work and ensured the job went as planned. He made sure all those minor hiccups that happen in every job were resolved to my satisfaction. I'm very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use Olive Branch again for my next exterior project.

The…read morelatest project was removal of a haphazard wire fence (with "plumbing pipe" supports!) entangled with overgrown brush that probably hadn't been touched in 30 years. Mr. Moreno's crew spent days hacking down the brush and digging out huge root balls so that a new wood fence could be installed. The transformation in the look is nothing short of amazing! Neighbors can't help but pause and look. Once the wood dries out a bit, the crew will return to stain and seal it - but it already looks fantastic. Walter kept me informed every step of the way and was patient and creative in working with my next-door neighbor to navigate some decorative cinder block on her side, and her plantings. He was also creative in fence design to deal with my neighbor's yard being more than two feet higher than my driveway. W&M Services gives great value for the price - Highly recommend!
