They dispatched Chris immediately, and despite being 41 miles away, he showed up in under an hour. Chris did a fantastic job clearing my clogged toilet. He was also very personable and respectful, which made the whole experience even better. Super impressed with the responsiveness and quality of work. First mistake I made, was not calling ECONO WEST first. The company I called kept beating around…read morethe my 78 year old mother was at home alone with no AC. The temps were 105+ degrees this week and the company couldn't get the job done. They literally told me to call another company so I called ECONO WEST. Talked to Dave, and he immediately sent out Dan. Dan came and immediately grabbed the necessary parts to be fixed and took them back to the shop right away but He was having trouble removing the fan at the shop, due to it being a 36year old part. That didn't , he took matters into his own hands and was trying to work on this part with his own equipment in his garage at his home. Dan was able to get a fan onto the new motor and installed it in a very timely manner to get the AC back up and running. I know the unit is old but when it's time to upgrade, I will be calling ECONO WEST without a doubt in my mind. I highly recommend these guys for your AC needs, they will treat you like family and help you in your time of need. These guys are polite, respectful, and will take care of your heating or cooling emergencies right away. Dave and Dan, I cannot thank you guys enough for helping my mother out and getting her AC back up and running. You two are amazing and I will recommend you guys to all of my friends, family and coworkers from now on. Thanks again Dave and Dan, keep up the excellent work by helping people keep their houses warm or cold with great customer service, great work, quickness and treating us like your own family.

I called these guys out for an estimate a few weeks ago for what what I considered 'minor' repairs…read moreat my house also considering I had all the parts needed. The estimate was ridiculously high, which was dissapointing because I used to use their services previously in the past. Plumbers like barbers nowadays are pricing themselves out of jobs. I called another company and got the work completed for a fraction of the cost and I spent more time talking with the plumber after the work was completed than the time it took for my repairs to be completed. From this experience alone I will not use The Plumbers services again and my refrigerator magnet with their contact info is going in the trash!

I called yesterday for a quote, and Matt showed up today and was awesome!…read more A few things I loved about the interactions we've had so far with All Heart- they sent us a picture, name, and confirmation of exactly who was coming to our house. When Matt showed up, he brought his own rug to wipe his feet on, and boot protectors! We were looking to add central air to our house where it was previously non-existent, and he was so thorough in explaining what the process would be, what was needed, what upgrades needed to be made to our existing infrastructure, everything. We weren't planning on saying yes to the quote today, but Matt made us feel so sure that it was what we needed and that they would help and support us, we said yes! They're even going to do the install next week (much quicker than we imagined). Their financing options were great and really helped seal the deal. We feel like we are getting a great value after going over everything with Matt. We will be working with these folks again for sure!

Very disappointed with my experience. I called because my shower handle broke and I needed a…read morerepair. I was charged $125 for the technician to come out, and no repair was completed. I was then quoted $765 to repair the shower. The technician himself told me the company is expensive but said they provide a warranty. I understand paying for quality work and a warranty, but $765 for this repair felt completely unreasonable to me. What made the experience worse is that another licensed plumbing company reviewed the same problem and quoted me $285, including the shower cartridge, removing the broken/stuck part, and fixing the handle. That is a difference of $480 for essentially the same repair. I also received an estimate totaling $688 for other plumbing work, including a shower/faucet cartridge and a toilet fill valve/supply line. After already paying $125 just for the service visit and having nothing repaired, I felt the overall pricing was excessive and unfair. I understand that companies can set their own prices, but customers should know what they may be getting into. In my experience, I paid $125, nothing was fixed, and I was left with a very high repair quote. I recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to the work.
