They have made excellent use of the space fitting in lots of merchandise without feeling claustrophobic and crammed in. I was greeted and warmly welcomed. The shop keeper was knowledgeable and helpful. She got me set up in a dressing room and helped find the right size and fit for my body. My hesitation with small boutiques is that the majority of my experience with them is always a let down. I am a plus size person (size 18/20 for reference) and usually find very little or anything at all in my size. To my surprise, I immediately found several items in my size. Items that were fashionable and well made. I tried on several pieces and they all fit well. The material fit and hung well giving everything I tried on a polished feel. I ended up taking home two new dresses. I absolutely cannot resist a dress with pockets! I was 2 for 2 today! I felt the items are good quality for the price I paid for them. I just want to thank you for seeing me and the millions of other people like me. My friend and I took a fun glass fusion class at Glass Workbench! We did have one hiccup when we…read morearrived - the shop was locked since the class took place after their regular business hours. We were eventually let into the store and directed to the shop basement where the class took place. Our class instructor was laid back but very knowledgeable throughout the process. He guided us on how to cut and arrange our glass pieces and had a few examples available for inspiration. I will say...the glass cutting was a little dangerous with tiny glass shards flying in all directions. I do wish I was instructed beforehand to bring protective eyewear just in case. My friend got a few cuts on her hands as well. The shop had a large variety of glass colors to choose from and it was very fun to get creative with our projects. We each made 3 glass suncatchers during our ~2-hour class. It was a real "trust the process" experience, as I was not sure how my pieces would turn out after arranging my glass. However, they turned out beautifully! We were instructed to wait one week to come pick up our pieces after they were fired at the shop. They kindly placed holes in our pieces to hang, but only provided string. I decided to reinforce my suncatchers with jump rings and chain. I love how they turned out!!

They had some curated kitchen items that would be perfect for gift giving, other odds and ends, and some really wonderful perfumes from Oliver Fragrance Co. They had their bougie sticks and the full size bottles! I bought one of the bougie sticks (Sunset 57) which smells divine and the scent actually lasts throughout the day. Best of all, I purchased the bougie stick for $24 and the manufacturer's website have them for $22 which isn't a ridiculous price difference and I didn't have to wait or pay for shipping. They also carry B**chstix which is a brand that supports survivors of domestic abuse and is a cruelty-free product. I bought one for the friend I was meeting for dinner. The store carries many other items such as some fashion jewelry, curated baby items (clothes, books, etc), hair ties, scented candles and so much more! I am definitely going to stop by here another time since it's on my way home from work and it seems like the perfect place to find some wonderful gifts.
