My brother has special needs, and we had been searching all over for a stroller that truly fit his specific requirements. Every other place we visited seemed more focused on giving us what they thought was best based on his age, without even taking the time to ask about or assess his individual needs (They didn't even measure him!!) Joe was completely different. He met with us, asked thoughtful questions about my brother's needs, took accurate measurements, and even brought in a sample stroller for us to try before making a big purchase. It made a huge difference knowing that someone truly cared and wanted to find the best fit for my brother. Thank you, Joe, for your kindness, expertise, and dedication. We couldn't be more grateful!
