I'm honestly so disappointed with my experience here. What was supposed to be something special for…read moregraduation turned into a complete mess. They messed up the graduation stole, specifically the lining--it was poorly put together and looked rushed and unprofessional. When I brought it up, instead of taking accountability, they told me it "wouldn't matter because hair would cover it." That response was shocking. How can you assume something like that? Not everyone even has hair that would cover it, and regardless, that's not the point. If something is done incorrectly, it should be fixed--period. When I asked them to correct it, they refused. No effort to make it right, no real solution--just excuses. On top of that, the staff came across as very unprofessional. They seemed immature, lacked basic customer service skills, and it honestly looked like some of them didn't even know what they were doing. One of the girls was being treated like she had no guidance or support, which made the whole situation feel even more disorganized. This was supposed to be an important moment, and they completely dropped the ball. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There's a reason their rating is so low, and unfortunately, I experienced exactly why. I have pictures to back up everything I'm saying. Ps if I could give negative starts I would. I have always been a big Troy lee designs fan. I wear TLD knee braces, chest protector, soft armor…read moreunderwear, and recently added the elbow guards. All of these items are made with superior quality, and I am very pleased. I even have a rolling TLD gear bag. Recently I was in need of a new riding jersey and pants so naturally I purchased a TLD set. After completing the first day wearing the pants I noticed they were torn. This was a normal day of riding with no falls or incidents. The damage is truly unexplainable. The material compares to canvas that has been exposed to numerous years of sun making it very very delicate. the pants quality is absolutely unacceptable for Troy lee designs. Even the overall design of the pants is poor. The knees are way to big (remember I wear TLD knee braces), and the butt area is also to big. My FOX, and Alpine Star gear fit much better. I contacted TLD customer service via email. After waiting a week for a response I finally called in. I explained what happened and asked for an exchange, but was denied. They offered a small discount, but it was more about the principal. The customer service agents were friendly however I feel like they have no discretion on the outcome of the call. After reading other reviews it's very transparent that TLD as a company does not put their customers satisfaction first. I am very very disappointed. I can honestly say I am done supporting what I thought was a fair company that had a smaller mom and pop feel. I generally buy top of the line gear. I believe in the "buy nice or buy twice" theory. It's not about the money or getting new free pants. I just wanted to get the quality that I expected with the first pair I purchased.. I will never buy Troy Lee Designs products again. I will also discourage others from doing so. There are many other companies that will take pride in their name and I choose to support them from now on.
