Allison as always very professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She explained every step, made sure I was comfortable with numbing, and the treatment felt manageable even though I was nervous. The PRP addition has my skin already feeling tighter and more radiant (even on day 1), and the redness/tightness is exactly what she prepared me for. She sent me home with excellent aftercare products, the Rescue Smoothing Complex and mask have been lifesavers for calming things down overnight. I felt completely taken care of. Today I returned for lip filler with Breanna. Breanna was kind, precise, and listened closely to my goal: subtle but noticeable plump with natural definition and that sexy perk. She checked my healing skin from the microneedling and confirmed it was safe to proceed. The injections were quick and comfortable, and my lips already look fuller and more balanced, I'm so happy with the natural result! Both Allison and Breanna are skilled, caring, and knowledgeable. The team made back-to-back treatments feel seamless and stress-free. If you're thinking about microneedling/PRP, lip filler, or any combo, this is the place to go. I LEFT FEELING HURT, DISRESPECTED, AND UNVALUED... I was a patient of Dr. Bokhari for over 2 years…read moreand 8 months and a member of this clinic for 2 years, paying $150 every month. During that time, I spent well over $8,000 on treatments and referred many friends and family because I truly believed in this practice. I even drive over 40 minutes to get to this clinic because I believed Dr. Bokhari was kind, skilled, and worth the time, gas, and long drive. Even after an incident last year, when I spent over $3,000 on fillers and Botox in a single session and was not given clear instructions on how to use the nitrous oxide, causing me to inhale too much and experience a frightening hallucination that left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day and even the following day, I continued coming back because I trusted this clinic. Over the last two months, I had to return to the office four different times because my Botox results were not what I had consistently received in the past. During those visits, I spent approximately $1,000. At my most recent follow-up appointment, I simply wanted to understand why my results were different and why I kept needing additional Botox to achieve results that had previously been obtained without these issues. Instead of having a conversation, Dr. Bokhari responded in a way that completely shocked me. He told me: "If you go to Kentucky and order chicken, you have to pay for it." "You have to pay for the units I injected." "There are no free lunches here." "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." This was said to me in front of his assistant, the doctor he is training, and my husband, so I am 100% certain that I heard and understood exactly what he said. I explained that I was not refusing to pay. I simply wanted to understand why I kept needing additional visits and additional Botox to obtain results that had previously been achieved without these issues. Despite that, the conversation continued in the same tone. I left that appointment feeling deeply hurt. Personally, I felt discriminated against and treated as if I were someone trying to get something for free, despite being a loyal patient for nearly three years who had always paid for every treatment. Most of all, I felt that I was not a valued patient. At the time, I still had $500 remaining in my membership account. After charging me for that Botox touch-up, the clinic agreed to refund the remaining balance, and I immediately canceled my membership. I had already had a negative experience at this clinic during a Black Friday promotion. I thought I had prepaid for my usual Botox treatment, but when I arrived, I was told I needed to pay more. When I asked for an explanation, I felt I was treated in a dismissive and condescending way, which led me to write a negative review. I later removed that review after Dr. Bokhari personally spoke with me, because at the time I believed the issue had mainly been with the staff. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, my perspective has changed. P.S. For context, I am 30 years old and don't have significant forehead wrinkles. I get Botox because I prefer not to have visible forehead lines. I was also not satisfied with the lip filler I received in March 2025. It appeared to me that some of the filler had migrated, and when I asked Dr. Bokhari about it, he told me it would dissolve over time. However, I can still see some small lumps around my lips today. After that experience and the incident with the nitrous oxide, I decided not to get fillers there again. I've attached photos to this review showing how my lips currently look. I never imagined that after years of loyalty, my relationship with this clinic would end this way. I sincerely hope no other patient leaves feeling as hurt and undervalued as I did. I hope my experience helps others. UPDATE: I have read the clinic's response. I understand that they disagree with my perspective and that they cannot publicly discuss my medical information. I am simply sharing my own experience as a patient, including what I personally paid, what was said to me, and how I felt during these interactions. I stand by my account of my experience.

She was very nice and friendly over the phone. She explained the expectations for my consultation and made me feel very at ease. My consultation was scheduled a month away but was placed on a waiting list and was seen sooner. After meeting Dr. Hardesty (virtually), I was impressed by the amount of information he provided me with. This was my 2nd surgeon consultation. He was very detailed on the process. Mind you, I was removing my implants due to weird symptoms I was experiencing related to BII. He was very supportive and wasn't shocked as to the reason. He made me feel very comfortable about my decision. After my consultation, I was able to schedule my surgery with Elizabeth right after. Surgery was about a month and a half later. The surgery center is right next to his office. On surgery day, I was very nervous and with mixed emotions. I met the anesthesiologist and Dr. Hardesty before entering the OR. Dr. Hardesty offered to say a quick prayer before surgery, which made me feel VERY at ease! Surgery was about 3 1/2 hours, it was longer than expected. The nurses there were super nice and attentive. My recovery was not easy! You need some help at home for the first week. The drains are no joke. I didn't have drains for my BA so I didn't expect for these to be an issue. They make recovery so much harder. And when they are removed, man, that's not fun. Besides all the complications, Dr. Hardesty was beside me all the time. All his patients have his cell phone number in case of an emergency, which I had to use on a weekend. He's very caring and kind. Thought-out my recovery, I had to visit his office in Riverside numerous times. From his front desk to his PA, they are all very friendly, kind and accommodating. His nurse, Narsel, is amazing. She's super energetic, uplifting, and knowledgeable. She made every visit enjoyable regarding the circumstances. Kelsey Sandoval, PA-C is very attentive and kind. It's been 6-weeks since surgery. The experience I had with Dr. Hardesty's office was incredible from scheduling my consult to my last appointment today. I can't thank them enough for taking care of me during some difficult times in my life.
