For the past few years, we've been running through cleaning companies at a head spinning rate due to mediocre service by every company we've encountered. At the recommendation of some clients, we decided to give NSG a shot. To say that our office was spotless would be an absolute understatement. I walked in the morning after they cleaned and did not recognize the place. On top of that, the workers were very pleasant to deal with and followed my directions exactly (something you don't normally get with other companies). This is exactly what I've been looking for and am so glad to have found such a reliable cleaning service.

We have been utilizing their services for years and could not be happier! It is also worth mentioning (and I am fully aware) that I am a very particular and very detail oriented client and I hold any sub-contractor/service provider to the same standard I hold myself to in my own businesses! In addition to that - in 'retirement' my parents owned and operated a residential and commercial cleaning company in NC for over 15 years (bc of their 'love' for cleaning), so needless to say I have pretty high expectations! Camila's consistently meets or even exceeds every single time! They truly provide -excellent, professional, reliable, quality and attention to detail- cleaning! Highly recommend! :) *Also - ICYMI - their prices are incredible!!

I've been using Camila's Maid Service a few times. I have a 2 bedroom apartment. Typically, I…read morerequire a thorough cleaning after my tenants move out. I only had a great experience with them. They show up on time and perform a thorough cleaning, including bathrooms, windows, the refrigerator, oven, and more. They sent two ladies, and it took them about 4 hours. I was particularly impressed the last time I used them. They showed up around 3 pm, while it was still light outside. By 5 PM, it was already dark, and no lights on in the apartment. Unfortunately, when my last tenants moved out, they cancelled the electricity service. I arrived around 7 PM and found two ladies cleaning the apartment with flashlights. I didn't know how "deep" the cleaning would be using the flashlights. But when I came back in the morning, everything was perfectly cleaned. I can only say great things about their services.

The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the hardwood floors were not just sprayed and swifter end, they were mopped, dried, then a spray which gave them a little shine. I had told them my priorities and they did a great job. The woman with the billing problem....did she not notice they had not billed, did she really expect to not pay for services rendered...did she think, billing error in her favor...did she offer to work with them on a payment plan? I really think this was a sour exchange and no one was gonna shine, I look forward to having them back....after my long time person "retired" I had a hard time finding someone I liked as well...but I will be sticking with this service.

"well I send 3 GIRLS (they are young women, don't ever call a young woman a girl, I am confident you did not like being referred to as the boy earlier in this review) out. So I guess it is $30 dollars an hour if you want to look at it that way, but they don't get paid $30 an hour, a lot more goes into that..." I stopped him from mansplaining more... I know how it breaks down and companies come up with their hourly charge dude. so I am laughing a bit, as this is ridiculous... I really don't want to support a company that calls the workers a belittling name... it is a tough job and the people who actually do the cleaning work very hard... they are the ones who place the value on your services, so treat the right... and i am still astonished how a simple paraphrase for clarification of your own words caused you to have a meltdown... thanks, but no... I'll find a replacement that treats their employees with respect...

However, the women that came to clean were flighty, very obsessed with their phones (they all charged them in my outlets, no biggie), but for all the work they were supposed to do and didn't: Window shades and windowsills were filthy, bathrooms were filthy, including the toilets (and one of them even flushed a used tampon down the toilet, which we had to take out when we got home), floors were dirty and all the glass in the apartment (including the stove tops) were smudged and greasy.
