I was warmly greeted by the 2 ladies at the register ...I thought " ok this is a good sign " While my resell items were being checked in I walked around to check out the quality and prices. I was overwhelmed by both the quality and prices. There were no old faded looking clothes nor clothes that needed a clothes shaver . The new items were current. I could tell that this store has gone above and beyond in offering wonderful clothes and items that can be used way beyond infant years !! My resell transaction was handled in a personal but professional manner - no low ball offers !! I look forward to my next transaction with this store !!! I placed a pre-order and my order was supposed to ship at the end of July/August. When I asked for an update, I never received one. I had to make SEVERAL inquiries to Little Britches to even get an answer and when I did Kelly was very rude. Also, I ordered over $200 of items and when I received my blanket the tag said $35 and I paid $65. So although I loved the print and my son loves cars. I would rather order from somewhere else because of the customer service. I believe that customer service goes a long way and I may only be one person but I will not order from here ever again and I will tell anyone that asks, not to either.

I shop Old Navy all the time so I was super happy that they put in an outlet. Alas I am somewhat…read moredisappointed. First the store is a mess. I would expect this during a seasonal rush but not a snowy day with not a lot of people. The aisles are so cramped if this not your first stop you may not be able to look at certain items as a bag would prohibit you getting to the item. Second, the pricing tags are missing on over half the racks so those sale prices are your best guess. Boy did I screw up on a sweater, it cost more than any other single item I have ever bought from Old Navy none outlet included. Finally, the staff was non-existent except for the three cashiers. So if you are looking for something specific i.e. leggings or tunic cami your on your own. I hope this is just a fluke of new store blues as they haven't even been open a month, but I may just stick to the non outlet for now.
