I reached out to Janet's Flower Shop because I prefer to deal with the local florist that will be delivering the arrangements, whenever possible. Since the delivery was being made in Eloy, I was happy that there was a local florist that could accommodate my request. Marti (I hope that's how she spells it) was so sweet and professional and assured me that she would be the one arranging the flowers and setting the delivery. Everything was perfect! We received a beautifully designed fresh mixed bouquet from Janet's Flower Shop on March 3. Every single element of the bouquet was exceptional... fresh, balanced, perfectly formed. I have family staying in Eloy and I always prefer to call a flower shop directly instead of using a big network. I spoke to Pat and she walked me through everything. We had a great conversation and the phone call was nice. Made me feel good for ordering from them. The flowers arrived about an hour after I placed the order. My Dad sent me a picture of the bouquet and they were lovely. Exactly what I had in mind. I would highly recommend them and use them again if I need to. read more

They tried to deliver a dozen of purple roses 3 fridays in a row and one friday they left them out in the heat and that day it was supposed to be 110 degrees. I caught the delivery driver and had them take them back, as they were supposed to be delivered the following friday for a 35th wedding aniversary and now my wife had seen, it so the Suprise was ruined. On top of that they wanted and extra $16.00 to deliver these arrangement. They do not have a clue at the florist and i asked for a hefty discount as they ruined my suprise to my wife for 35 years of wedded bliss. The delivery driver did not have a clue about why she was not supposed to deliver this, but it said right on the delivery ticket, DELIVER ON Friday the 29th! read more

I live in another state. Whenever I try to have something delivered to my parents who live in the area from one of those big floral websites, I seem to always have trouble. (Due to my parents' location, many gift web sites can't find their house. When the order does go through, it has been lost or delayed in delivery several times.) After my most recent frustration (with a site that rhymes with SchmoFlowers), I decided to find a local florist who knows the area. Janet's Flower Shop did not disappoint! I placed the order this morning online (they have a Teleflora portal) and within 90 minutes a beautiful arrangement showed up at her house. She said it smells wonderful! read more

Extremely disappointed with Janets Flower Shop! I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day.... it was supposed to be 2 dozen long-stemmed roses mixed with an assortment of additional roses in a tall red vase with balloons. I paid A LOT for this arrangement, but I wasn't concerned with the cost....just wanted my Valentine to smile. The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. It was 10 roses...2 were already wilted, a sprig or two of baby's breath, some cheap purple flowers, and the standard glass vase....1 balloon. When I called, I was told I wasn't able to talk to the manager, I was cursed at, and hung up on. Do not order from Janets, and if you are ordering from 1-800 Flowers, Teleflora, or FTD....make sure they are not using Janets. read more

Not very happy with Janet's Flower Shop. My father died and a family friend from out of town sent some flowers from Janet's. We live in Casa Grande so it was quite a drive for them anyways. When the delivery arrived, we were out taking care of some funeral arrangements. This was on a Friday. They left a card on the front door notifying us of the delivery. By time we got home and got the notice, Janet's was already closed for the weekend. We tried all weekend to call but there was no answer or a way to leave a message. When my mom finally got a hold of them on Monday morning, the excuse was that they didn't want to leave the flowers on the doorstep because they would droop in the heat. When my mom asked if they would be delivering the same flowers, she was told they would be "freshened up." A beautiful arrangement arrived on Monday, but the roses were already opening up and by Tuesday the flowers were drooping and dying, so we basically got to enjoying the flowers for less time than if they would have been left on the doorstep and affected by the 80 degree heat. Just a suggestion to Janet's- if you are not going to be open on the weekends, be sure that your Friday deliveries get made or deliver a new bouquet on Monday. People are paying good money to express their sympathies and in this case, they got ripped off. read more
