All the products were of excellent quality and very well packaged…read more The representatives that I delt with were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this business to anyone

This is a very, very strange company. They "obviously" manufacture and sell a product called…read more"Nature's Blend 100% Australian Tea Tree Oil" and yet trying to find that product (anywhere) in the United States of America is literally impossible. The company is supposedly located in Casa Grande, Arizona I have left a couple of phone messages at that company within the past couple of months to inquire about this product and (no one) returned any of my calls. Today, however. October 23, 2018, I did get a call from a woman who supposedly works at that company and she called to see what she can do for me with regard to this product. I told her that I want to know where I can purchase it. I stated that I currently possess a bottle of this product and that I like it and want to know (where) I might be able to go and purchase more of it. This woman was hem-hawing around and supposedly looking for locations in or near my zip code and stated that she found "nothing" in my area of (San Diego, CA). I have been living in this city since 1975 and the ONLY town that I could have possibly purchased this (current) bottle of this product (that is in my possession) had to have been (here) in San Diego. And yet... she finds no place at all that sells it here. If you have ever been in a conversation with another person and they are speaking to you in a way that constantly tries to avoid offering you a (direct and simple answer) to what it is that you are trying to obtain from them (in the form of clear information) and, they keep talking over you when you are trying to say something... that tells me that they are either not too intelligent, are ignorant as to the full content of the conversation and/or attempting to hide something by being deceptive for (whatever reasoning). One would tend to (think) that a company "representative" would do (all they could) to try to "help" a "customer" find (reasonable access to being able to purchase a product) that they make. This scenario here is like having a brand new car dealership (for example) and you have a team of sales people standing in the showroom. You walk in one day and you find a salesperson who tells you that all the automobiles you see on display here are for visual interpretation purposes only. You cannot actually buy one of these automobiles (here). We sell ONLY to car leasing companies. So, there you are, ready to make that purchase and the salesperson tells you that you are just plain old out of luck. So (why) the "showroom?" But then, after talking a bit more that salesperson, or "company representative" enters into the conversation that they (can) sell you that product but that you will have to (very likely) give them your credit card information (which is not what that person said) but you (know) that that's coming. You don't want to hand out that kind of information so you politely tell the person that you will contact them later and end the phone call. Any "wise" person can see and hear deception quite clearly. I did not trust this scenario one iota. This person was hiding something. She appeared to be offering to send me a bottle of this product and charge me an additional (almost $7 bucks) on top of the $13 and change price of the bottle (for SHIPPING)! How would I know that I could trust someone like this? She made a rude remark to me which insinuated that (in so many words) I am bored and take pleasure in calling people up and arguing with them. Something to (that) effect. I just ignored it and the call ended shortly after with no name calling or any other such event taking place. But what ignorance that was displayed by this woman who seemingly took a great deal of pleasure in trying as much as she could to be as difficult as possible, rather than to help a customer find out "where" they can purchase a product that they make. I am going to be kind and not mention her name here. No need yet for that sort of bitterness. But... in conclusion, I would have to say that I would not recommend buying any products from this company as the people they hire to answer their phones are either never there to pick up the phone or... not helpful at all, or... perhaps they don't even work there in the first place. Any "normal" business (even if they only sold their products to "wholesalers)" would do (all they could) to try to actually help you find out (where) on the planet that you can go to make a legitimate purchase of a given product. In summation... I doubt I will ever purchase one of this companies products again. They are quite seemingly a very lacadaisical company who cares nothing at all about their customer base.
