    Things started off really good with this flower place. I ordered flowers every Monday for almost 6 months. Sandi kept my information on file, and I would just email her the order for that week. Then...things got bad. All of my flower arrangements started looking NOTHING like the pictures on the website. She told me that their website is outdated. Then they need to fix it, as that is what many people go by when ordering flowers. I told her about 2 orders in a row that were poor. She gave me a 50% refund at my request. I ordered one more arrangement, thinking that she would do a better job after my dislike for the other 2...wrong. I included pictures of what was expected, based on the website pictures for that size of arrangement and then what I actually got. You can see, not even close. No more with this company.

    Nature's Nook did the flowers for my sons wedding and they were beautiful! I even received a message with pictures the day prior to ensure it was what I wanted. I had stopped at another florist in town and they didn't even have time to talk to me. Turned out to be a blessing because Nature's Nook gave us just what we wanted. Thank you Nature's Nok

    I'm so glad to have found Nature's Nook! I was able to order and deliver beautiful flowers, a balloon and teddy bear with a personalized card to my wife for our anniversary to Casa Grande. They arrived right on time and exactly how I imagined. She LOVES them. Thank you!

    Not what the picture portrayed. No call about substitution. Did exactly the opposite of what I requested for balloon, again no call

They were supposed to start in February but didn't get finished until mid-April (we paid in full in Nov). Their communication with us and each other is terrible. If you talk to the owner, Jeff, he doesn't relay the info to the workers, or it appears that he doesn't. If you talk to his wife, she doesn't relay the info to Jeff or the workers. It was very frustrating, not to mention the guys that came did not speak a lick of English, the foreman even had a hard time communicating with us. Jeff's main excuse for the delay was Covid, he had it 3 times, which, I believe, but that never stopped his business from running. His crew was still working while Jeff was out sick, why would Jeff being sick delayed our project that we had planned out with him since November, I do not know. The crew would come for an hour, maybe 2 and then leave and we would not see them back for a week or more (usually more). I did change a few things, like plant choices and the river rap but both were minimal changes but took Jeff about 2 weeks to actually change it. The change took the guys maybe 20 mins.... But yet it was my fault there was the delay. We asked for the job to be completed by April 1st, we had family coming into town, they said it would be. We had our plants in and 1/3 rock, no lightening, no extended walkway and it sat like that for 2 weeks and that's when I emailed Jeff to finish or give us the remainder of our money back. They were there that week and finished. It's been a month since they have been done and we have one light that is the wrong color, we are still waiting on them to change it. My front yard does look beautiful and overall they did a wonderful job, it was just a headache to get them to work and to finish. If you're a more patient person than I am, then I do recommend this company.

We also got a quote for paver installation and found they had a very good price. We'll use them in the near future - we have to budget for that part.

    I placed a small (~$149) online order through the 4 Startools.com affiliate of Wikco. 4 Startools…read moreis not separately listed through Yelp so I'll review under the Wikco section and attempt to make a new entry for 4StarTools themselves so others can easily find this information. They are clearly the same company based on their websites. In short this company provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced for an online merchant or otherwise. I received an order confirmation at the point of purchase and zero subsequent correspondence. However, my credit card was charged for the order within 2 days of placing it. After two weeks I attempted to e-mail them for an update on the status of the order. I'd have been fine if they simply stated it was delayed, back-ordered etc. They didn't respond to that e-mail so I tried the "Contact Us" section of their website (4startools.com) a couple days later. Again I received no response so I called the phone number listed on their website . I left a voice mail a few days after that, that again received no response. After several weeks of no response I reported the issue to my credit card company. Within a week or two of contacting the credit card company I received a shipping notification from Fed Ex and the items were eventually shipped/received. I assumed, incorrectly that 4 Star Tools had resolved the issue with my credit card company. I was disappointed to find out that they didn't work this out with the credit card company and instead reported the issue to collections, because the credit card company had actually stopped payment. I received the call from the collections agency the other day. As opposed to making payment to them immediately, I asked if I could have the contact info for the firm making the claim against me to try and work it out appropriately. They provided the name Brendan Ideen and his direct phone number. Brendan answered immediately, but had no interest in working out the issue. He denied that they'd ever received prior communication and instructed me to make payment to the collections agency. I asked him if he'd be taking a loss (i.e. eating the cost of collections) and offered to resolve the problem separately to avoid that cost to him(there was no increase in cost to me as the agency simply wanted the original invoice amount of ~$149) but he abruptly declined saying he didn't have time to hear about this issue. I called the collections agency back and made a payment in full to avoid any further issues. This situation never needed to go that far had the merchant simply responded to my requests or cared about it's customer.
