The lady told me to pick flowers from the refrigerator, it was scarce with only carnations and some other cheap flowers. When I asked her if this is all she had, her response was "we have a few in the back", and "it would take some time to put together a bouquet". What horrible service, an awful flower shop. Being from California, florists have their stores decorated beautifully, this was not the case and an overall bad experience. I don't recommend this florist/flower shop to ANYONE! The package we went with was fully customizable for our needs and ended up being very affordable. Frances was great to work with! She took my inspiration pics from Pinterest and our wedding invite and came up with something so magical for our day. I trusted her expertise and she delivered! Everything looked full and lush and all the colors were very cohesive- my dress had flowers on it so it was very important to me that nothing clashed. She absolutely nailed it! There was some confusion early-on about whether or not they'd be able to deliver for our early morning set-up time which caused some stress, but in the end Frances was onsite bright and early personally arranging our ceremony arch flowers and pinning boutonnieres to the dads' suits. Everything looked so romantic and perfect. We're thrilled she was a part of our day.

I drove in from Wickenburg to pick up my flowers the day before the wedding and Sarah helped explain to my MOH how to set everything up on the day of. I would 100000% use her services again. I had a florist back in San Diego that I had been working with for a year and Sarah's flowers exceeded my expectations and they weren't even custom! They were supposed to start in February but didn't get finished until mid-April (we paid in full in Nov). Their communication with us and each other is terrible. If you talk to the owner, Jeff, he doesn't relay the info to the workers, or it appears that he doesn't. If you talk to his wife, she doesn't relay the info to Jeff or the workers. It was very frustrating, not to mention the guys that came did not speak a lick of English, the foreman even had a hard time communicating with us. Jeff's main excuse for the delay was Covid, he had it 3 times, which, I believe, but that never stopped his business from running. His crew was still working while Jeff was out sick, why would Jeff being sick delayed our project that we had planned out with him since November, I do not know. The crew would come for an hour, maybe 2 and then leave and we would not see them back for a week or more (usually more). I did change a few things, like plant choices and the river rap but both were minimal changes but took Jeff about 2 weeks to actually change it. The change took the guys maybe 20 mins.... But yet it was my fault there was the delay. We asked for the job to be completed by April 1st, we had family coming into town, they said it would be. We had our plants in and 1/3 rock, no lightening, no extended walkway and it sat like that for 2 weeks and that's when I emailed Jeff to finish or give us the remainder of our money back. They were there that week and finished. It's been a month since they have been done and we have one light that is the wrong color, we are still waiting on them to change it. My front yard does look beautiful and overall they did a wonderful job, it was just a headache to get them to work and to finish. If you're a more patient person than I am, then I do recommend this company.

I can't comment on the service or the cost I do know they weren't cheap because I always tell him not to waste money on flowers and he specifically said don't ask when I said how much did these cost. idk but I loved them! Well they lasted about a day before they started wilting, I trimmed the stems and made a DIY flower food since none was given... such a shame they didn't last.
