After texting, messaging numerous times to Amanda and even reaching out to the owner I was told I could come in on Jan 25. By this time I already had my next appointment with a reputable salon in March. What a surprise to find out she did my hair beautifully and said my hair was NOT damaged and the previous stylist probably didn't leave the product on long enough. The owner's answer to my credit card company was that I tipped the stylist. Of course I did when she dried my hair with my back facing the mirror so I didn't notice how bad it was until after I left. I tried to pull my hair up in a pony tail and noticed I had all this SIDE hair that was cut and couldn't be pulled into a pony tail! It's horrible!! Just horrible. I look like i got gum stuck in my hair and had to cut it out. Because he ended up cutting my actual side hair, my bangs are extra thick, so I also have to use bobby pins to pull back my side hair that got turned into bangs. It's going to take a long time for my actual side hair to grow back to were I can put it into a ponytail and not look messed up. I can't over look this.Again, I ONLY asked for my bangs to be cut. He ended up cutting my actual SIDE HAIR!!! On both sides!! I didn't even notice at all while at the salon that he was cutting more then just bangs, or else I would of instantly stopped him! This is great for anyone (like myself) that is concerned with maintaining social distance. We discussed the haircut and what it would entail while he explained what would be best in his opinion but it was ultimately my mother's decision. The cut came out amazing!
