I tried to pull my hair up in a pony tail and noticed I had all this SIDE hair that was cut and couldn't be pulled into a pony tail! It's horrible!! Just horrible. I look like i got gum stuck in my hair and had to cut it out. Because he ended up cutting my actual side hair, my bangs are extra thick, so I also have to use bobby pins to pull back my side hair that got turned into bangs. It's going to take a long time for my actual side hair to grow back to were I can put it into a ponytail and not look messed up. I can't over look this.Again, I ONLY asked for my bangs to be cut. After speaking with some friends in the area who are clients at All About U, I was encouraged to call the salon and explain what had happened. They were apologetic and asked me to come in for a complimentary color and style. Rob at the front desk was warm and welcoming. A complete opposite from the woman I originally spoke to, who is no longer employed there. Rebecca the owner is amazing. She took the time to listen to me and we immediately connected.
