We took our toddler for a haircut at Great Clips in Forrest Ave. my son was actually sitting still the whole time the lady was cutting his hair. But she was so rough with him while holding his head. She was cutting his hair so fast she was rushing and even nicked my sons ear. We are never going back there. read more

My boyfriend went in for a haircut for a 2ich trim on top and a tapered fade for sides but kept long on top and back, think of a city boy mullet, he had an inspiration picture!! and offered to prop the phone up for them to see while cutting his hair!! they declined keeping the picture propped up and they did an awful job! they didn't fade the sides, they cut way too much off the top and back, they didn't ask him any questions on the picture he showed them or anything. I'm sorry but he did not need to pay for this with the outcome. read more

i wanted a mid tapper and I got shaved mostly bald wtf they ruined my hair I had nice hair but I wanted it trimmed only up to my eyebrows and they cut my hair bald. Like what was I supposed to ask for? Up to my eyes, just so the lady would cut it up to my eyebrows? Also throughout the haircut she was mentioning how her son gets the same haircut. I didn't ask for You to cut my hair like your son's. Overall if you want any kind of fade I suggest not going to great clips. my mom cuts my hair better than her. The haircut doesn't match my face shape. Love to all women, but guys I wouldn't suggest a lady to do your hair, they don't know how to do men's haircuts. Horrible experience! Had my son's hair cut today, on his birthday, and our stylist (Samantha) did NOT listen at all for what we asked for. We asked for a trim and repeatedly said we wanted to keep the front long and his hair was butchered! My son started to cry (which is a rarity for him) when we got in the car. I drove back to speak with her and she made it seem like it was our fault. I would give her a zero rating if I could. Worst hair-cutting experience and customer service! Avoid Samantha! read more

Thank you Great Clips for making my family experience at #FiferOrchard today very unpleasant!!! You were so rude and disrespectful. Never in a million years did I think that my kids and I would be treated so awful. Great Clips you sure showed us that racisim still exist. My feelings were hurt but I forced myself to hold back tears because my kids were there. Then I just wanted ro grab my kids and walk away as fast as I could. Instead I walked away and took a few deep breathes. It wasnt't Fifer Orchards fault that Great Clips was at there event and treating people rude and was having a division of people who was able to get or be apart of some of the things that they were doing. However we stayed and I was ok, The kids really enyoyed the Helicopter show. It was Awesome. Also the Fruit and Veggies were just great. read more

Patron BEWARE!!! Asked the stylist for a bob haircut. Even showed a picture. The bottom half of my hair looks fine. Then there is an abrupt edge!! Just cut off like a bowl cut. The fade to the long hair in the front is an abrupt stop as well!!!! Unless you want a straight abrupt cut, STAY AWAY!!! read more

If you show a picture of the haircut/style you want and it's a picture of you with said cut, you'd think the end result would be close at best NOT 3-4inches shorter than the original. They cut off all my wife's hair, all of it and she knew it as she cut it as the stylist (term used loosely) face turned beat red. We are so glad hair grows back. Don't ever go here if you have something in mind because you won't get it. The other store in Camden is fine but stay away from the Dove one! read more
