I will always ask for him. The reason for the 4 stars is that they are a little "Covid Crazy" there. You can't come in until they are ready for you (I understand that), but they want you to prepay and pre-tip (how can you tip before the service is performed). You also have to enter through the front door and out through the rear door. You have to get your temperature checked as soon as you walk in. Masks work right? Why are we doing all this? Ugh, I can't take it. I won't go back until these restrictions are lifted, but I will be back. Also, they have a fridge full of drinks (water, soda, and beer). I wasn't offered anything. Keep in mind I was only able to call at noon because they only opened at noon . I also tried to email and text them last night, but there was no ability to do so. When I spoke to the representative about my needs to cancel, I was told that sure we can cancel. She then said, would you like to pay your cancellation penalty with a card on file? When I asked what is the cancellation charge she stated you owe half your haircut. I tried again to explain that I work remotely and was added last night to a business call during my haircut appt - I just have a conflict that is not preventable. She replied well you can schedule another time perhaps in the evening - but you owe $33 for cancellation. Hard pass on the lack of appropriate customer service. It's a shame. I got a great haircut there and will not be returning. I also referred my husband there and he will not be returning as well. We are not criminals lol just had a conflict that we thought the business would professionally accommodate.
