She always gave me exactly what I had asked for and envisioned in my head. She recently moved and referred me to Midori who is also amazing and just does exactly what I am looking for. The salon itself is super clean and all of the staff are very friendly. Drinks are offered to you as soon as you walk in and everyone says hi. Basically, when I have friends who complain about where they're getting their hair cut I always tell them to check out Wicked.

No need for UV light! We were seated at the manicure bar right away despite my daughter's appointment being an hour after mine. My technician, Kelly, was super friendly, fast, and very skilled! The decor and vibe are glam, relaxing, and very clean. The other tech seated next to us chatted with us as well. The seats are comfortable. I asked if I should move to the reception area while my nails dried for the five minutes recommended by the Dazzle Dry manufacturer but they told me I could stay where I was. Kelly started on my daughter's nails and gave her a gorgeous manicure! Despite being booked for 3:30, and 4:30 we were finished, cashed out, and home by shortly after 4:30! We are both thrilled with our manicures and with the experience we enjoyed at Polished 84 Nails! Thank you Kelly!

customer service was good, but there was only one lady very slow and she did a terrible job on my…read morenails they are pretty ugly and some of them are thick. Some of them are really thin some of them are short and some were long not consistent I will not be going back. The polish was very clumpy and did not offer everything on the door like an airbrush. She told me I was wrong when I tried to explain the design. She took my phone and didn't even do the design on one of my nails.

I get my haircut from Doug and his appointments generally are 30 minutes. Service you get for the price you pay is very good. Doug does not rush while doing haircut, that is the reason I love getting my haircut here. Haircut includes shampooing and I think Doug is a perfectionist and I am not exaggerating when I say this! It is such a good relaxing experience, in addition shooting the breeze with him is like going to a shrink, barber client attorney privilege .
