She really helped me just relax and feel at peace which I was super grateful for! She's also just such a sweet person which also helps when going into a new place for a massage! People mentioned that they couldn't book an appointment right away but it's just because they're busy and I understand that. Just a note, I think if you had any sort of disability it may be hard to access the building and climb the stairs, but other than that there was plenty of parking and if you follow the information on their website you shouldn't have an issue.

Booked an appt for a Fri, it got cancelled the night before VIA EMAIL with no reason as to why. Then after that received an email 2 days later with a random date and time for a "appointment reschedule." I arranged plans to be there for the date/time THEY chose for me, then 2 hours before that appt I got ANOTHER email "Your appointment has been cancelled." So that's now TWO appointments cancelled last minute by them and still haven't received my services. The spa will not answer their phone and their "mailbox is full" so you can't even leave a voicemail. Horrible service and so unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money with this place.

I do wish the rooms were more soundproof since you can hear people in the waiting room and other areas like employees chatting during your session. The prices are also a bit higher than what I'm used to paying, probably about $20 more. That said, the massage I received from Molly was great. She has excellent attention to detail and you can tell she genuinely cares. I've never had someone work on my entire body including my scalp before, which made the massage feel really thorough and relaxing. The staff were also very communicative, so it seems like they've addressed some of the feedback mentioned in earlier Yelp reviews.

She had sent me out a consultation sheet before we met and then spend an hour and half going over my health and fitness goals, issues, etc. I already knew a little bit about Ayurveda health programs, but she went into details about how it could help me to achieve greater health and energy. Yoga is part of their program and they have two locations in New Hampshire. She plans to send me an extensive report and web sites to help me cook and learn yoga. Once I get it all back I will update this review, but so far I am impressed with the knowledge and facility. They offer so many health programs and their facility was amazing. Dry saunas, massage rooms, Ayurveda treatments. Really impressive. The drive was a bit more than hour from Boston. Worth it!
