The next day I took it back and asked for a refund or for them to wash jt again and they told me my car was dirty for so long that it's permanently like that and it won't come off.. and it's "water marks" how can it be "water marks" when it hasn't even rained and if I left the car wash with water marks they should have dried them off before giving my car back to me. Anyways long story short they didn't refund me and they said it was my fault and basically my car won't ever be clean unless I get a new paint job which I find hard to believe so take this is as you will and go there at ur own risk. Just make sure you inspect ur car good before u leave .

Free car wash for my birthday! What a surprise!…read more I have been going to Aqua Clean for years. I like the service and they do a great job. You guys have got a Customer for life!

I started going to Aqua Clean after a lackluster experience at Soapy Joe's. They had an offer where…read moreyou could pay around $15 or $20 for any level of car wash for 2 months (then you pay the normal amount every month after that). I figured I might as well try it out and I'm glad I did! First, every car bay I tried while going there has strong suction, which is something I really appreciate. Second, it's obvious that people are constantly switching out the dirty microfiber cloths for clean ones. Both really good things to look out for at a car wash! The thing I appreciated the most, above all else, was how easy it was to cancel my subscription. All I did was tell the guys I wanted to cancel when I went in for a wash. It was canceled by the time the car started to go through. No upselling, no resistance, no nothing. Just a, "yes ma'am let me help you with that right away." It feels like that is so rare these days. Also, to be clear, I canceled because I don't go to the car wash enough to drop $40/month on the title wave monthly plan. However, I think if you do go to the car wash regularly, it's worth it! Personally, I will be returning every time I do need a wash... I love this place!

Soapy Joeeeeeee I…read morelike to wash my car 1-2x/week (don't ask me why I don't "check in" more often) the workers are younger at this location , I like to see young people making money for themselves. They are always in good spirits and tentative to any needs you may have if you are not used to how it works. The location specifically always has towels wash's and ready for use. Location is rarely backed up, so you won't wait often for a vacuum spot after the wash. The bays are like over sized parking spots so you won't be so close to other customers cars you can't open your door. You can get a one time wash but I like the monthly membership perk of being able to drive up and the reader scans the bar code they place on your car and it lets you right in. (As many washes as you want) sometimes they give out free swag bags with towels and extra air fresheners which is cool. Theres 3 monthly options 25,35 and 40$ basic to full package. I rated four stars because sometimes the vacuum fittings are stuck in the holder because they have fallen off. Also because my rims are off set which makes me rims stick out slightly more than a stock car so if I don't place my car right it will scratch the rim (risk I take) could be fixed in house I feel like. I can touch up my rims so I do not stress it so much. My old membership also included tire shine but that was hit and miss sometimes I had zero tire shine and other times I had tire shine on my tire and rims another thing I feel like can easily be fixed in house. (But I downgraded my membership because of it) But again I can deal with these things, I mention this stuff solely for the purpose of future customers and why they mite want/need to know. See you soon Soapy Joes on N. 2nd Street

The car came out super clean, inside and out. Dominic was very helpful during checkout, and overall the team was professional and efficient. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. There was a little confusion on pricing at first. My Nextdoor neighbor app friends told me to expect a $45 plus a $5 SUV fee, but was initially told $55 by the owner. However, the final charge ended up being $50 for my SUV, which I appreciated that there was no additional charge since my car is midsized. I also made sure to tip 20% to the guy who washed it. Overall, really happy with the service and I'd definitely come back again.

Aggressive workers They harass you on buying the membership. Even when you say no they keep asking why not? Explain why you don't want it. I said no thanks, drop it. Took my phone. But I buy the membership online eventually because I go here once a week or so and because their staff are unbearable and aggressive - I want to drive thru without being harassed. I go to try it out for the first time armed with only an email and a barcode. The worker didn't seem to know what to do with it. He had to take my phone from me and go out of sight with it for 15-20 minutes which made me very uncomfortable. It didn't work. He comes back. He puts this ugly sticker in my field of view on the windshield and it didn't work for the gate. He did some override to get me thru. Didn't work again. I go back today and again, the gate doesn't open. The lady comes over and says it's expired. I tell her I literally bought it last week. She says must've been a day pass. What?! I paid $30. And you put a sticker on the window for a day pass? After arguing back and forth, and refusing to look at my email proof, she goes and checks. Meanwhile the line is honking at me, yelling things. I just decide to buy a wash since the line was getting hostile and I didn't know if / when she would come back. I was livid. Once I got to the wash area another worker said they would issue me a refund. Awful, awful place.
