James helped us with the graphic for our photo strip and was the attendant the day of. They are very responsive via email as I emailed multiple times. Turn around time was less than an hour. FPP was able to work within our budget. The quality of the service and the pictures were top notch and not compromised. James arrived 30 mins before the party started and got everything up and running. They had their own props for us to use and we even made our own by printing pictures and putting them on wooden dowels. Tip: some print outs may not show up well on camera. Try taking your own pictures with flash to make sure they show up in the photo booth. And you should definitely make your own so it's more personalized! We made big faces of my neice. It was so cute!! Their equipment are actually pretty small and compact, so you don't even need a lot of space for their photo booth. We put it in our foyer and it was perfect. We also have access to our pictures online so we can download them and print them on our own. I love that before James left, he gave us a USB loaded with all of the pictures on it. He was also very accommodating when people wanted to get one final picture in even though we ran over our time booked. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone loved it! I recently had my company holiday party at the Boston Park Plaza, and they had hired the Snappboxx to come in and do the group photo area. Once I did it once, I was so obsessed with the concept and the convenience I went back for more multiple times! They had a table full of great props like you'd usually find, but they have done an amazing job incorporating new technology to make each photo unique. First, you get to choose your background! We had a casino themed party so there were great background options to go with the theme on an easy to use little screen. Second, you can fit a few or a bunch of people in front of the green screen to start your shoot, each group gets three photos taken. Third, once it's all set and done comes the COOLEST part, you get to choose if you want 3 photos on a sheet together OR as a GIF(a moving image using all three photos)! I got them sent to my phone, but I was still able to get the GIF later when our company released the photos. The pictures were also printed, but I loved that I had them in my phone so I didn't have to worry about losing the printed copy. The person in charge was easy to work with and super helpful. I can imagine it was overwhelming with 1,000 people bombarding it from start to finish but it was very well managed. We had so much fun looking through everybody's photos and gifs in the office a few days later.
