We hired ChiChi's party rentals for a wedding in September 2025. We rented the 360 photobooth. The…read morephotobooth was a hit with our guests and we had close to 100 videos, which was awesome. The link to our gallery was provided to us promptly via email. Where the problem arose was that nowhere in the contract, nor the email to us with the gallery link, were we informed that our gallery had to be downloaded in 6 months because the videos would permanently delete from the link provided. Now, we are left with raw and unedited video footage with no resolution. This is disheartening as we chose not to hire a videographer or content creator, and solely went with the 360 photobooth for our wedding. It feels like a total waste of money to us, in addition to the fact that all of our edited wedding content is gone. Everyone please read your contracts closely to make sure this doesn't happen to you, especially with such a large and once-in-a-lifetime event, like a wedding.

We booked FPP for my neice's 1st birthday party. We booked with Jonell and she was very helpful and…read moreprofessional. James helped us with the graphic for our photo strip and was the attendant the day of. They are very responsive via email as I emailed multiple times. Turn around time was less than an hour. FPP was able to work within our budget. The quality of the service and the pictures were top notch and not compromised. James arrived 30 mins before the party started and got everything up and running. They had their own props for us to use and we even made our own by printing pictures and putting them on wooden dowels. Tip: some print outs may not show up well on camera. Try taking your own pictures with flash to make sure they show up in the photo booth. And you should definitely make your own so it's more personalized! We made big faces of my neice. It was so cute!! Their equipment are actually pretty small and compact, so you don't even need a lot of space for their photo booth. We put it in our foyer and it was perfect. We also have access to our pictures online so we can download them and print them on our own. I love that before James left, he gave us a USB loaded with all of the pictures on it. He was also very accommodating when people wanted to get one final picture in even though we ran over our time booked. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone loved it! I have been to a lot of weddings and parties, and I have seen a LOT of photo booths. I always have…read morea blast with them and love the photos, but I think most can agree the concept could use a little updating or something a little more exciting. I recently had my company holiday party at the Boston Park Plaza, and they had hired the Snappboxx to come in and do the group photo area. Once I did it once, I was so obsessed with the concept and the convenience I went back for more multiple times! They had a table full of great props like you'd usually find, but they have done an amazing job incorporating new technology to make each photo unique. First, you get to choose your background! We had a casino themed party so there were great background options to go with the theme on an easy to use little screen. Second, you can fit a few or a bunch of people in front of the green screen to start your shoot, each group gets three photos taken. Third, once it's all set and done comes the COOLEST part, you get to choose if you want 3 photos on a sheet together OR as a GIF(a moving image using all three photos)! I got them sent to my phone, but I was still able to get the GIF later when our company released the photos. The pictures were also printed, but I loved that I had them in my phone so I didn't have to worry about losing the printed copy. The person in charge was easy to work with and super helpful. I can imagine it was overwhelming with 1,000 people bombarding it from start to finish but it was very well managed. We had so much fun looking through everybody's photos and gifs in the office a few days later.

Their knowledge is particularly helpful for weekend pretend contractors such as myself that can always use a tip. The only small issue for me is related to the hours. As mentioned, I don't build patios etc..for a living and have to get the job done on the weekends. Not having Sunday hours puts a bit of a crimp in my equipment rental plans, but everyone needs a day off I suppose. From Bobcats to plate compactors they do a great job of helping you to get that job done.

He took the time to answer all of our questions and address every concern, and we truly appreciated how available and willing he was to make time for us throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, Jonathan was incredibly prepared and professional. His equipment and setup helped everything transition seamlessly from the ceremony to cocktail hour and then into the reception. But what really stood out was his ability to read the room and create exactly the atmosphere we had hoped for. One of my biggest wedding-day fears was that no one would dance, and Jonathan completely put that fear to rest! His energy had our guests ready to dance before it was even officially time to hit the dance floor. Once the reception started, the dance floor was packed all night and only cleared when the night was over and we were literally being sent home! He perfectly blended our love of house music with songs that would get guests of all ages on the dance floor.
