I made an appointment and came in here to redeem a gift certificate for a 1 hour massage. I presented the certificate to them and they took me back to a massage "room". I got undressed and was waiting for a message therapist under my towel when the lady from the front desk came in and told me I couldn't use the gift certificate bc it was written in 2014. When I pointed out to her that they deliberately chose to cross out an expiration date all she said was, "Sorry." Well "Sorry" you're getting a bad review for stealing gift certificate money and not providing a relaxing hour for a stay at home mom that found a babysitter for her children. I worked with Kathy who not only stretched and loosened up my muscles, but was able to hone in on all my knots. Not only do I feel less tight, but my injuries even feel better. My dad is a bigger guy, and he commented that the table was larger and very comfortable, and Ta accommodated his multiple injuries.
