Five stars for LGE. Luis and his team handled the plumbing on our primary bath renovation in early…read more2024, and everything still functions perfectly and looks great years later. We called them again in summer of 2025 for two projects: a punch list of about a dozen small items, which Sal knocked out in a single business day, and a larger pipe and irrigation cleanup. We chose LGE because they offered the most comprehensive solution. They were willing to handle not just the demo and plumbing, but the cleanup and repaving too. The team went above and beyond by proactively power washing our adjacent front patio before they left. The work isn't the cheapest you'll find, but it's quality, and it's held up. Other plumbers and tradespeople who've come through since have commented on how correct and well-installed our fixtures and valves are. Tangentially, their office staff sent me a handwritten holiday card; while unrelated to the plumbing work, I think it speaks to the kind of company they are: caring, thorough and customer-service oriented. I heartily recommend LGE to friends and neighbors alike.

In response to your reply, it is important to distinguish between being argumentative and having to…read morerepeat a reasonable request because it was not addressed. I raised the concern three separate times before the materials were finally removed. Repeatedly requesting respect for my private property should not be mischaracterized as argumentative behavior. Going forward, please respect other people's property and listen when a concern is first brought to your attention. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of professionalism and respect I witnessed. To clarify, I did not hire them my neighbor did. The owner was present while the workers placed several long pipes and materials on my front yard without asking for permission. I came outside a second time, and the pipes were still there. When I addressed the issue, the owner apologized but said he "didn't think the pipes would make the dirt dirty." That completely missed the point. It is private property, and they did not have permission to use it. If the owner believes this is acceptable, it makes me question the company's professionalism and the level of care and respect they bring to their work.

Joe's helped us clean up a whole lot of plumbing issues over the past 7 years: the issues we inherited from our previous owners' failed DIYs. Joe has a wealth of experience in all different settings: handling residential, commerical, and hospital plumbing issues. He is flexible in timing. He makes great recommendations about hardware. Ask him, and he will tell you what you might want, what you do/ do not need, how to maintain your things, and what to look out for (things that would require more immediate attention). He takes the guesswork out of plumbing because he just does it right. The first time. He's a very pleasant person to work with! Here's a list of all the work (that I remember) he's done at our house: 1) replaced water pressure valve 2) installed bathroom vanities and new faucets.. and that got rid of weird sink smells. 3) fixed whistling toilets, rattling pipes in the walls, toilet that was doing a double flush, loose/damaged flush valves. 4) replaced new faucet for backyard hose. 5) finding and fixing old DIYs that are totally not up to code 6) installed new kitchen faucet, replaced all the pipes under the sink (that was done all wrong before). Adjusted the sink grinder and dishwasher hose so everything is kink free 7) replaced leaking shower head hose *Photos are current, 2026. All the stuff he's fixed and installed is still working great! We see him every time we have new projects :) Highly recommended for people who are not handy, don't have time to figure it out yourself, or just want it done right the first time.

Communication was great and I know we made the right choice with this company. I highly recommend you call them before making a decision for your plumbing needs.

Trustworthy plumbing came to the rescue when another plumbing company was not only doing a poor job…read moreof lining my sewer pipes, but had damaged my main water line. Jay came through the same day to fix that main water line and explained how Trustworthy could line every bit of my sewer line with inversion pipe lining vs pull through which is limited to access points. The pull through method would not be able to line the entire cast iron pipe under my bathrooms, which was the whole point as they were in poor condition and had root intrusion. I parted ways with the other company and signed onto Trustworthy the next day. Jay and Scott have gone above and beyond, installing the best materials and doing an expert job of prepping my old cast iron sewer cleanouts (two) that would have been impossible to line past those points without removing them and replacing those sections with PVC pipe and new cleanouts instead. When they jackhammered through the concrete of my front porch to get to the old cleanout at the front of the house, they proactively replaced the main water line in addition to removing the old cleanout and replacing it with PVC. The pipe liners lined everything in one day, getting all of both bathrooms and the tie ins (sinks, toilets and tubs) under the foundation. They also did the concrete work to patch the hole when it was done, as well as patched a significant crack near my front door. I highly recommend Trustworthy plumbing. Jay and Scott are the best!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Aloha Plumbing was beyond frustrating…read more About a year ago, I tried reaching out to them to unclog a drain at my house. After multiple calls and texts, I was completely ignored. Thinking maybe it was just a fluke, I decided to give them a second chance yesterday when my kitchen sink clogged. Big mistake.
