Armando saved us from a $6,200 nightmare and fixed the actual problem in ONE HOUR…read more We moved into our new home over a month ago and have had three other plumbing companies come out for a hot water issue at our bathtub. The last company quoted us $6,200 to redo the entire line. We were devastated. A friend of my husband's recommended Armando, he came out same day, and within an hour the problem was completely fixed for a couple hundred dollars. Here's the kicker: the issue was the mixing valves, located right under the sink next to the tub. The previous company not only (intentionally?!) missed it entirely, they also kinked our line underneath AND left a wet rag inside our kitchen ceiling after cutting it open for no reason. Armando found all of it. He sat with us in real time and dialed the water temperature to exactly what we wanted, explaining everything as he went so we actually understood what had happened and why. No upsells, no scare tactics, no mystery. Just honest, skilled work. On top of all that, he was genuinely kind, funny, and had the best energy. Our dogs loved him (and our dogs are very good judges of character ). He's already coming back to fix a low-flow toilet issue for us too. Oh and he even cleaned up our floor under the drywall hole he didn't even make. We are customers for life and will recommend him to literally everyone we know. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else. Call Armando first.

Armando came out and within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem, fixed the line, and got the job done fast. He also left the work area clean. The price was very fair, especially for the quality of the work and how quickly he took care of everything. On top of that, I mentioned a DIY project I was working on, and he kindly gave me some extra parts and advice to help me get it done right. I was really impressed by his professionalism, honesty, great pricing, and the quality of his work. It's hard to find people who do honest work with that kind of attitude nowadays. Thank you, Armando. I'll definitely be calling you again.

Communication was great and I know we made the right choice with this company. I highly recommend you call them before making a decision for your plumbing needs.

The first two quotes were only going to replace the metal pipes under my house and line the inside of the pipes that run from the yard out the street (keeping the old metal pipes). But for the same price, Flow Right did a complete replacement of ALL pipes with new, non corroding ABS pipes. And not to get into the whole backstory, but there was a small request that was that was verbally agreed to that I thought they might renege on. But they kept their promise and completed the task at no extra charge as per our agreement. I appreciate their honesty and ethical behavior. I cannot express how pleased I was with their work and professionalism. The whole team was amazing. And nothing was over promised. They did exactly what they said they would for an extremely competitive price.

They came out but told me I needed to pull the toilet so they could jet the main line since I didn't have a clean-out. I did exactly as instructed, but they couldn't return the same day due to scheduling. The next day came... and they never showed. I later found out their truck had broken down. By the third day, I was put in touch with Flow Right, and that's when everything changed. Jess arrived right on time, immediately put a camera down the line to investigate, and explained every step clearly. His professionalism and knowledge were on another level. I learned that Flow Right typically handles major plumbing, sewer repairs, and renovation projects--not the simple small jobs. Jess stepped in as a favor to help out his family business and to help me out of a difficult situation, and I truly appreciated it. I was extremely impressed with the service. Jess is someone I will absolutely keep in mind for any large plumbing or renovation projects in the future. Highly recommended!

It was a same-day call, so I was already pleased with the quick scheduling and responsiveness. Tony was very friendly and incredibly helpful in diagnosing the cause of the leak and fixing it all within minutes. He also gave me a couple of pointers about the water heater (age, drainage points, etc.) but he made it clear to me that I still have a couple of years left with it and didn't need to replace it just yet. Tony was also transparent about the current estimated cost of replacement so that I know what to expect going forward. I can't express enough how much I appreciate honest, transparent contractors who quote you a fair price for necessary services and aren't just trying to upsell you.
