I realized this was because they were charging not only by the fill but by the trip. At this point I decided to look elsewhere for service. I found EFR online and decided to give them a try. Well good thing I did let me tell you EFR is so professional! They sent over a quote with the pricing and we scheduled the appointment. They were very good at being on time. I did not have to wait too long for them to finish as we are in a building that has other offices and so when they vacuumed the tank it has to be done after hours.
