It all starts with demolition and the team from Cooper Environmental led by Mariano did a bang-up job. No pun intended but there was quite a bit of banging going on. I went with Cooper Environmental because they were the most communicative and they were very reasonably priced. They took away most of the old appliances (the fridge didn't fit), but they definitely hauled away all of the old cabinets, countertops, flooring, and backsplash. It took the team of three a few hours and I couldn't be any happier than I am with the work that these guys performed for a reasonable price. Will I ever demo anything again?
