The day before the job he shows up and comes over to chat and decline's doing the job. He tells me face to face "I'm just going to pass". I'm like what the heck. Our company went through Angie's list to get bids and this guy is unreliable unless it's convenient for him. Maybe too hot out for him to work. We have other contractors coming into work the next day and now they have to be canceled. So he cost them their jobs as well. We have other bids but now 2 weeks out due to M & M Hauling & Bobcat. The project involved almost the entire interior of the house, along with a sunroom, so I was really impressed with how efficiently everything was handled. Luis was excellent with communication throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, answered all of my questions, and took the time to clarify anything I wasn't sure about. During the estimate, he even took a video to make sure he had a clear understanding of everything we wanted done, which gave me a lot of confidence that nothing would be overlooked. The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The crew worked efficiently and got the job done within the timeframe promised. I really appreciated Luis's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was done the way we wanted. I would definitely recommend Luis and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional demolition company. Great communication, great service, and they delivered exactly what they promised!

Ernesto was the 1st one who came at 9:00am and he gave me a verbal bid before he left. He was very upfront and told me he could start the next day and it would take 8 days to complete. I received the written bid around 11am via email. While waiting for the other 3 to get me their bids, I decided to go with Ernesto that evening since he could start immediately while others couldn't start until the following week and it will take them 10-15 days to complete. Ernesto's bid was also the most competitive as well. The next morning around 8am, Ernesto showed up with his 20ft truck and a 20ft trailer ready to go. His crew of 3 worked very fast and efficient. Since Ernesto started, I also added some things on the list that weren't a part of the original bid. Ernesto graciously accepted the changes with reasonable additional charges of course. Regardless, Ernesto followed through with the tasks and finished everything including the added items in 5 short days. Everything was done properly and all debris was cleared out. His demeanor, professionalism, graciousness and flexibility were much appreciated. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend Ernesto for all your demolition and hauling services.

Victor Jr. worked with me to price the project based on pictures. (If you haven't used a junk removal service before, they prefer to come in person to give you a quote and take things right away. But you can request a quote based on pictures so that you get multiple offers.) The price was competitive, and though it was just a tiny bit more than the lowest price, the good customer service helped me trust him. When they arrived, Victor and his coworker introduced themselves to my mom and got to work. They finished in 15 minutes. Then, they took the extra step of sending me a text that the job was finished and sent me a picture of the truck of junk when I asked. We'd use Acosta again if we ever need another junk removal in San Diego. Now if only they had a Northern CA branch to help with my own post-move cleanup.
