Order showed ham, and receipt showed ham. Called and spoke with Mary Ann, who was very apologetic and offered to give me the ham slices and I could keep the turkey. since I live 30 miles away, I really did not want to make the drive again, but I did. Mary Ann was not available when i arrived, but the clerk got me the ham as promised. Very happy we will now have HoneyBaked ham for Christmas. Thank you!

As we entered, the young man and woman behind the counter informed us, loudly, that they were closing at 6:00. We said hello to the man at the cash register and asked him how things were going, to which he replied "TERRIBLE!" At that point, we noticed that they had put away most of the meat on display, even though it was only 5:45. We felt very uncomfortable and decided not to stay. We won't return. We understand wanting to get home on a Sunday night, but if your hours are until 6:00, why are you packed up before that time and treating your customers like an inconvenience? Change the hours to 5:30, close the doors and you can get home by 6:00!
