Please come to this restaurant if you are in the Cincinnati area!…read more First, I wish to state that I am not from Ohio and that this is my first time eating at Two Cities, but this restaurant might be my favorite pizza shop going forward. Second, I only had two of the items on the menu but so many of the other options on the menu looked amazing as well. This Two Cities was built inside the old city hall of Mason, with Mason being a cozy little town in of itself. The restaurant smells amazing upon entering, course it would because they cook their food fresh. It's even got a little ramp that leads down to the main seating area for mobility impaired persons. My first minor issue with this Two Cities was that the booth I was sitting at was slightly raised by a literal step, which nearly made me trip while exiting the booth because I hardly noticed getting into the booth due to my height (6'3 at the time of writing review). There are other booths though that are not raised, so an opinion is to be based of where you are seated. My waitress was really kind and offered a helpful opinion when I was deciding on which pizza to get after being seated by a host. The waitress also allowed me to put in my order all at once (drink, appetizer, and entree). The appetizer (garlic parmesan fries) arrived fast and were undoubtedly scrumptious; the fries were a near perfect mix of crunchy and soft with the shredded parmesan and minced garlic adding extra flavor. Their ranch is also superb. I got the 13" Rhythm Road Pizza (which I shared with someone. I could not eat half of a deep dish pizza alone) and it was something else. Most importantly, it had MASHED POTATO on it instead of a traditional pizza sauce and notably, chipotle aioli drizzled on top (there are more toppings, of course, but they're more normal toppings). Unfortunately, the pizza slices were unevenly sliced, leading to inconsistent slice size and the toppings slide off the pizza easily when scooped up with the provided pizza spatula, all minot grievances of course. The only true complaint I had with this Two Cities was that my waitress did not actively seek out to refill my glass when it was empty. I will say that my drink was not close to the edge for her to see, but it was within view from any view of the table. There were a relatively high number of customers in the restaurant for the time I was there (about an hour before closing), so I don't hold it against her for not noticing. The cups were average size, so I wasn't exactly dying of thirst while dining. The music inside was of good taste and was at a very respectable volume. The other patrons were also well mannered and I had no need to raise my voice to speak to my dining buddy. The final thing I wish to add to this review is how nice the bathroom was. They were very clean, had two urinals (short and tall), one wheelchair accessible stall, nice smelling soap, a simple water control handle, a foot doorhandle, and MOUTHWASH. This is only public building I have ever been in that has offered complementary mouthwash, let alone a bathroom. This could be an Ohio or Midwest exclusive thing, but I enjoyed using the mouthwash nonetheless.

Not the best pizza but they have two unique styles (New York or Chicago) depending on your tastes…read more We went on a Friday evening and it was pretty crowded and the noise level was high. Be prepared to drop $25 - $30 for a pizza for 2 or 3. Good beer and wine list. Tight parking at busiest times. No reservations but they do a call ahead so call ahead for the fastest service.

This week was pizza week and I tried the mellow mood pizza. It was ok, it felt like it was missing…read moresomething in flavor but not sure what it was. I used to come here for their buffalo soldier pizza. Our service was slow to start but eventually was better towards the end. We tried their wings and potato skins for apps. The wings had sort of a funky taste to them not sure why. They were cooked well and had a nice crisp though. I used to come here all the time and it has been probably been 2 years since I've been. The Italian margarita was great still and they seemed to be busy. I would come back to try a different pizza.

We ordered a Sicilian pep (which actually serves probably closer to two people, not three) and a Mr. Brown. The Mr. Brown had great mushroom flavor, but I couldn't appreciate any truffle at all. The cheese was also crispy rather than my preferred -- gooey/stringy. I also sampled my friend's Sicilian pizza. The crust was lacking the pillowy chew (I expected a slightly firmer foccacia texture), and instead had a harder crunch. Overall a great experience from a service standpoint but I think I'll try satisfying my future pizza cravings elsewhere

From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing and we were seated immediately. The restaurant was spotless, and even the bathrooms were incredibly clean. The food was fantastic too. We ordered pizza, salad, an appetizer, and dessert, and everything came out quickly and tasted great. We were honestly shocked that the entire meal was under $50. And, we were in and out in about 45 minutes without ever feeling rushed. This was some of the best service we've had in a long time, especially while traveling. We'll absolutely be stopping here again -- this is officially our new pit stop between Tennessee and Pennsylvania!

The food alone is 5 starts: Seasonal pizza, GF Detroit Style crust...every other pizza pales in comparison. I will dream about this pizza, even though I was hungry after. More chicken needs to be added! The chocolate sorbet was exquisite. No notes. Was not offered to add candied almond or hot honey, it didn't need it. Possibly best restaurant dessert. Lower score because I was judged harshly by my server about where I lived, them being uppity and saying, "Eww, I'd never live there." After observation it seems mostly "regulars" dine here, I must have not looked expensive enough, or behaved poorly enough. For the price, I shouldn't be leaving hungry, or ashamed. Taglio, I will forever crave this meal, and forever feel awkward about dining with you.

Okay, I understand the hype! Bourbon House Pizza does Chicago deep dish pizza perfectly. My husband…read moreand I split one of the supreme pizzas and got Italian sausage and mushrooms in it. It was honestly so delicious, and oddly enough was even better reheated the next day! (Reheated great in a toaster oven) It also came out quicker than I expected. (With it being Chicago deep dish, I was prepared to wait!) We also got their appetizer sampler. The items were good, but the pizza balls definitely stood out! The dough was so fantastic and clearly homemade. It was perfectly buttery and flaky, yet firm structural. The sauce was also delicious. A must: pairing everythingggg with their house made ranch. My brother got a steak hoagie and was pretty disappointed when a small sandwich with a meat patty and a side of potato chips is what came out. It just didn't match the caliber of the pizza at all. We also got to Italian sub style hoagies, and those were both small and underwhelming as well. The dining room had a bit of a disheveled feel but I couldn't quite put my finger on what was off. The servers were attentive and kind. We parked at the Levee and walked over. Overall synopsis: I actually can't wait to get pizza here again!!!

We had 4 different servers checking on us, but never at efficient times. We wouldn't see anyone for 15 minutes and then they'd all check on us at once. There was a younger boy working that was walking around with longer hair and he kept ruffling his hair as he walked through the restaurant which was off-putting. The food was exceptional; we started with the meatballs which we devoured too fast for a picture. The supreme pizza was phenomenal and our group of four couldn't even finish the large. The food was 10/10, but definitely felt my experience was soured which is why I only gave 3 stars.
