We stopped at Springboro Wine and Spirits to pick out a few bottles for a friend's cookout. They have a huge selection and many marked down. They had what we were looking for and helped us locate. Easy in and out, just wished we had more time to see all the brands they carry. read more

Customer service at front desk sucks...Guy with unshaven and scary face. Refused to make a sell to me because he questioned me using my smart phone to pay. He became very hostile when I said let met try and see if it works. He refused to make sell and said he would call police. I think he might be crazy..be aware, if not dangerous to boot. read more

This is one of the best liquor stores in all of Dayton. Great selection and a very friendly staff. They also have a couple of rarer bourbons. Definitely going to be spending a lot more time and money at this great establishment. read more

I visited today on my way home from another place. I'm not sure when it opened, but it seems like it hasn't been long. Hubby and I took a long walk down each aisle. They have a long row of coolers down one side with cold beers, wines, sodas, etc. The rest of the store are well organized but unlabeled rows of good brand name high quality spirits. They have a good quality selection of mead, rum, gin, scotch, etc. The only reason this isn't a five star review is a complete lack of signage. Despite being well, organized, there are no signs at all for types of alcohol. read more

We love Springboro wine and spirits. We love the people that work there. I wish I knew his name but there is one guy that has worked there pretty much since they have been at this new location that is top notch on craft beer recommendations. Most importantly I can't say enough nice things about the owner GB. During the pandemic we were in there with our masks on doing the social distancing thing and he recognized who I was even though all he could see were my eyes and he remembered that I had a new granddaughter. Friendly store, good Craft beer selection. Wine selection is good for average wine but very short for higher quality and higher priced wine. That's OK -there are many good, less expensive wines out there. But, the buyer of wine should beware at this store. I have purchased more than a few bottles here that had dry corks and had developed that terrible odor and crappy taste that happens when the cork is dry too long and begins to crack. That happens because they store the wine standing up and they leave it like that far too long. I've seen $100+ wines standing up across periods of 6 months or longer. Unfortunately, I've also purchased a few in the $50-100 range that were ruined by this practice. After having had that happen at this store one too many times, I sadly no longer take any chances and limit myself to Costco and the occasional trips to other stores. read more
