The store employee named Chase , was very rude and told my husband and nephew they had to leave the store. He said he can refuse service. When he was told a phone call would be made , he stated nothing is going to happen. My Husband and nephew felt racial profiled. Our family has been coming to the store for years. To say we will not be make won't make a difference. Because if this is how the store is ran, they don't want to people like us shopping there . read more

This Sunday, me and another potential customer pulled up at 4:59 p.m. to a young man standing outside the sliding doors making hand motions at us to go away. I rolled down my window and asked him. "What time do you close?" He replied, "5:00" to which I responded, "it's 4:59". He said, "it's now 5:00 and we are closed." Two customers ready to walk in and he needed to leave so bad that he was standing outside the door BEFORE 5:00 to motion people away. I've been shopping there for five years for ALL of our alcohol, but after this, I'll never walk in there again. I would never do that and if the owners support an employee doing that, that's as bad as it gets to motion a customer away outside the store in the parking lot. You stay inside and at 5:00, you simply close your doors. Had myself and the other gentlemen gotten inside before 5:00, you make money, maybe you leave at 5:05, usually people know what they are buying at the liquor store pretty quickly, in and out. read more

I used to live in Miamisburg (active duty) and was in town for my moms birthday. Went in yesterday (24 May) and asked if they had any Weller / Buffalo trace bourbons available. Was told, "the state says we have up to 24 hours to put it on the shelf, come back tomorrow". Seriously? You have bourbon sitting on the shelf in the back but can't sell it? That's Shady AF, let me guess. You've got to call a dozen people and let them know first then the remaining goes on the shelf? I've been shopping at Arrow for over 20 years, yesterday was my last time. read more

My go to for little travel bottles of my favorite beverages. It's a poor Martini Bandit who doesn't have a drink in her bag. And the wine tastings are the bomb. read more

They have an extensive selection of beer, wine, and various other liquors. I never have a problem finding exactly what I am looking for and the staff is always helpful if I need it. I will personally say that they give great advice on wine. I know nothing about wine and relay heavily on others to help me find a wine I like. There staff was great in giving me a few options that I would like. My husband says the only negative is they close too early. He also feels they need to open another location closer to our house in West Carrollton since the liquor store near us only takes cash, which is a hassle. read more

Arrow is my favorite local spirits store. It has a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There is a large humidor with reasonable prices. The store has a nice selection of accessories, including items such as shakers, flasks, and shot glasses. The cheese shop inside the store also has a generous selection of foods. The icing on the cake is the staff. Arrow employs people who know about the product they are selling, keep the store clean and organized, and care about providing good customer service. I highly recommend Arrow for all of your alcohol, tobacco, and accessories. read more

The prices are great, with lots of sales and the entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful!!! We have been shopping here once a week, for over a year. read more

So I have never actually got to step foot into here yet, so I am basing this review off of the fact that they close insanely early! It seems like this is becoming a trend though. I have a daughter and don't think its a good idea for me to be throwing down the shots while she is awake at 4 in the afternoon! So it is difficult for me to get to a place before she goes to bed. My daughter loves to grab shining glass bottles and I don't feel comfortable taking her somewhere to get a bottle before the store closes and she go to bed! Will someone let me know if there is a late night liqour store around the lebanon area?? read more

Not a big selection, but they do have the rare Opus X in various sizes. They carry the major brands and it's definitely worth a visit.
