I sent a picture with a tape measure. No apology. Ghosted. Total lack of accountability. If she hadn't doubled down, I wouldn't be leaving this review. She could have just not contacted me again. In retrospect, I should have bailed before even arriving, and definitely before allowing her scissors near me. That's what I get for ignoring red flags. My appt was at 5p. I got a text at 4:45 asking if I could come at 5:15. Before I even had a chance to reply, I got a notification saying my appt had been moved. I should have canceled at that point.
