Went to Granite State Eye and it was the worst decision ever…read more When I immediately raised concerns, I was told my eyes "just needed to adjust." After continued suffering, I called multiple times, leaving messages that were ignored. It wasn't until I sought help from another doctor that I learned the full extent of the issue: the glasses were entirely incorrect and unusable. They cut the left eye as the right and the right eye as the left. I had severe headaches and eye pain from them. I called and left them several messages but they would not return my call. It took another doctor's office to determine what was wrong and make me new glasses and a trip to physically return the junk glasses to them to get any results but the drama didn't stop there. I personally returned the defective glasses and requested a refund. They agreed to process it--but never did. I then got a call two months later that my glasses were ready to pick up. This was completely unacceptable, as I never authorized a remanufacture. I told them once again that I wanted my refund, which they refused. Since they left me no choice, I initiated a chargeback -- because that's what dishonest businesses deserve. Suddenly, Granite State Eye tried to claim that I had simply "failed to adjust" to the glasses. But how is anyone supposed to "adjust" to a completely incorrect prescription? Fortunately, I had medical documentation proving that the glasses were defective, which I submitted. Only then did they admit their manufacturing mistake--but instead of refunding me, they lied and claimed I never returned them. Now they are claiming that its not a "full return" even though once again I have the evidence that it was. Pictures and video of my interaction will be on YouTube shortly so the world can see that I returned the defective junk to Granite State Eye. Play stupid games; win stupid prizes. I will NEVER pay for glasses that were defective nor will I pay for glasses that Granite State Eye remanufactured two months later without my request, consent, or approval. NEVER go here. Go anywhere else.
