Stay away! Very deceptive practices! I made appt here after looking at the good reviews they have received online. It was just for an annual exam and new glasses. They put all sorts of add on services into my simple exam, without letting me know it was not included within normal exam guidelines of a vision insurance policy/ or the additional charges for it-that I did not need. I simply said many times I just want new glasses. Turns out my prescription had not changed since last year. They had me try new contacts after insisting I am all set with contacts just need glasses. I went along, the contacts they had me try were so horrible for me, when i left they went in the trash, eyes all irritated and my glasses back on. I am used to wearing a specific brand contacts that have seem to always be the only ones that don't bother my eyes. But they didn't seem to care. After the appt, I looked at their selection of glasses. After finding one I liked/wanted, (despite being straight up told they looked bad), I asked what the total cost would be. Without the glasses, the bill came to 5X(!!!!!!) more than it should have been within my insurance. I have had the same insurance for years. When I asked what made the bill to that amount, THEN they told me the additional charges for "contact fitting" etc etc for whatever else they wanted to slap on the bill. I did not take the glasses, I paid my overpriced/unnecessary exam bill and will be going somewhere else to buy those exact glasses just because they won't be getting any more business from me ever again. They just wanted to take advantage and rack up the bill as much $ as they could-instead of helping their customer. I must say the office was however very clean and nice. There are plenty of other optometrist in the area that will value your business- go somewhere else unless you like being overcharged and not listened to read more
