They patiently answered all my questions, and was finally able to resolve and advise on several ongoing issues with my roof. Their pricing is very fair and they were ready to complete the work on time, as expected, especially on a short turnaround. I would highly recommend Reese to anyone who needs assistance with roofing issues.

Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

We had to re-do our roof quite a few years ago, and then had them come out several times for periodic recoating since then (and probably due for another). They are very responsive and communication is good. Costs seem to be in line with the market in general. We didn't have leaks beforehand and it doesn't leak now so all I can say about that is so far so good. We have recommended them to many of our neighbors and probably eight or 10 other houses nearby have used their services and everything I have heard has been very positive. Hopefully I don't need any roof repair in the future but if I do I would use them.

I gave my address and never heard back, so I moved on to another company. Today, 10 days after they never responded after I gave my address, while in the middle of a meeting, I hear a bang outside and my dog freaks out. I go outside to find two men with a ladder against the front of my house and climbing to the roof! I had no idea they were coming and they were fully on their way to climbing up my house without my permission! The problem wasn't even on the roof, so I have no idea what they would have done once they got up there. When I messaged the company to say I didn't appreciate them coming unannounced and unscheduled, I was told it was my fault for not specifying that I expected a call before they showed up! Wild. Do NOT send this company your address--even for an estimate--or else they may randomly show up to your house and climb up on your roof unannounced and they will go up there whether you are home or not. Then if it bothers you they will blame YOU!

There truly was only one company for our huge unexpected project ~ Alpha Roofing. Be careful who you 'roof' with ~ many will not deal with insurance companies leaving you in the lurch just when you need their help most. We received a detailed estimate (thank you Edna and Christina!), Jim took the time to discuss our needed repairs with our insurance company and within a couple of weeks, Alpha had our roof fixed, the shelters beautifully repaired, the downspouts properly in place, the siding up and looking perfect! (THANK YOU SHAWN AND TOM!!) This is a top notch company ~ they keep appointments, their estimates are honest, their crew is professional and their work is unmatched. Above and beyond, Alpha Roofing is a godsend. P.S. Your clean-up was spectacular!

Very frustrating. Don't fall for the 15 year warranty like I did…read more I am writing my honest review after having my roof done by Alpha Roofing in January of 2026. I don't like writing reviews and most certainly don't like hurting people's businesses. I understand a business takes up a lot of time an effort to build and maintain while being easily hurt by reviews dropped casually over petty grievances putting somebody's living at risk. I do think taking thoughtful accountability can be a major driving force in the improvement of a business though, and that is the spirit in which I write this review. In a nutshell here is what happened to me. In December of 2025 I notice a leak in the ceiling of my baby child's bedroom. I call a roofer to take a look, and the ridge of the roof had been pulled off by the wind. Apparently, there were multiple vulnerable spots and the leak in my son's bedroom was just one of them which appeared to come from the chimney's lack of flashing (which was flagged by home inspection when I bought the house). The recommendation was to replace the roof. First offer was 10K with no warranty but after I spoke with Alpha Roofing they offered 7.6K with a 15 year warranty. I took the second offer because it sounded better plus this roofer had been recommended to me by a friend. So, the roof was done in January and in March the same leak appeared in my baby's room only 2 months after the roof was done. I get on the roof to check the chimney and notice that the flashing that had been done was a very poor job. Not only was it not step flashing (which is the standard practice and the logical thing to do here since the chimney was leaking and prompted the roof repair to begin with) but it was not even caulked around the entire perimeter surrounding the top seam of the flashing. When I showed the pictures to my home inspector, he said the flashing they did was called "Philly flashing" AKA "stupid flashing" (his words not mine). It was only the counter flashing with no step flashing laid in overlapping fashion with the shingles. I call Jim Barton (the owner of Alpha Roofing as far as I know and who had been referred to me by a friend) and he sends a couple of his workers to caulk the rest of the seam around the chimney flashing. I ask if the solution is not to do the step flashing since that is the industry standard and because my house inspector told me that the caulking would have to be redone after 2 years or so (and I paid for 15 year warranty). Jim offers to send his guys to redo it every 2 years on my bill. I tell him I don't like that because the price tag of 7.6K I paid included 15 years of warranty. After me basically wrestling with this issue over text messages and many ignored calls, Jim agrees to redo the flashing around the chimney. So, after a couple more months and a new leak in the same spot of by son's bedroom he finally sends his guys again but, surprise: he only does the counterflashing again with no step flashing. The only upgrade was cutting the reglets on the chimney wall to tuck in the top seam of the flashing sheet. I feel I have been wronged by this person. The only time Jim reached out to me was to call me in the middle of the weekend to ask for the payment of the service done the previous day. After that I have been forced to work around his schedule to communicate with him and I can't have a reasonable conversation. This is very unprofessional and shows that he is totally fine leaving me at a very uncomfortable position waiting for my roof to leak again and only then get him to do something about it. I understand that talking to clients can be frustrating and nerve wrecking for a business owner worried about lawsuits and liability. However, I have been very reasonable and waited 9 months before dropping this review after being basically ignored all this time. I am almost ready to abandon this 15-year warranty. I am more than willing to withdraw this review if I see serious and consequential action to make amends.

We live in an old farmhouse with a newer (1983) addition, and where the old roof meets the newer…read moreroof, for some reason, part of it was a flat roof. This flat part of the roof had leaked during major rainstorms about 2-3 times over the last 5 years. Our home warranty company repaired it every time and the repairs would last about 2 years. But earlier this year it leaked again, and our home warranty company advised us that this entire section of our roof needed to be replaced. The plywood underneath was rotten and, to make matters worse, the leak was funneling right down into our newly remodeled master bathroom. So I went to Yelp and reached out to a bunch of local roofing contractors for quotes. I provided pictures from the most recent repair. Some contractors never responded after that. Some said they would come by for quotes and never showed. But my experience with Supreme from the start was impressive, so they ended up getting the job. Noni responded to me via Yelp immediately after I reached out for a quote to say that he was leaving the country the very next day to go on vacation, but that he would be in touch as soon as he returned in a couple weeks. In those two weeks, I had two other roofers come by for estimates. One spent about 5 mins on my roof and sent me an estimate within an hour of leaving. When my husband and I read it, it didn't sound like much more than an elaborate patch job, so we set that one aside. The other roofer was so stumped by the problem that he felt like the best solution was to rip this flat part of the roof out entirely and reconstruct the pitch in this area, which meant he needed to get an architect involved. The potential cost of that freaked us out a little, but it sounded like the best possible solution. Despite following up with him several times, he never responded or provided an estimate. Just when I was losing hope and feeling like I needed to contact a whole new gaggle of roofers, Noni returned from vacation and called me. I had literally forgotten that he was going to call, and I probably would have reminded myself to contact him again when I went back into my Yelp account, but I was so impressed that he remembered to call me! He was up on my roof checking things out within a couple days. And he seemed stumped by the issue of the flat roof too (nobody seemed to understand why the builder chose to make this part of the roof flat), but he asked for a couple days to think through a good, long-lasting solution for us and provide an estimate. We had an estimate in hand the very next day that seemed like a solid, middle-of-the-road solution, with a price tag of less than $5,000. We read and reread this estimate and it really seemed like he would be addressing our issues and then some. He even found an issue with our flashing around our chimney that he offered to fix for us too! So great! Noni gets the job! Now we had to schedule it. Between his existing commitments and our end of summer vacation, and weather, we had to reschedule a couple times. This was not a problem, as Noni was extremely attentive and communicative throughout the process. He was scheduled to start the job the day before Ida came through, but the job he was trying to wrap up went longer than anticipated. When he told me he wasn't going to make it, I expressed concern (ok, I was freaking out) about the rain Ida was going to be bringing, and the already-failing recent repairs to my roof (it had leaked again while we were on vacation). Without hesitation, he offered to come and put a tarp on our roof to hold us over until the next week when they could get here. Well we all know how Ida turned out. Thank god he tarped my roof - and it held!! Not a single drop of water in my new bathroom!! The day after Labor Day, the stars finally aligned, and Noni and his crew were out here around 8am and went till about 6pm. Throughout the day he was communicating with us and keeping us in the loop and sending us pictures. Also, I have to add, he has just an unfailingly positive attitude and always a smile on his face. The absolute nicest, sweetest guy. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, especially after our run of surly contractors this year. I will never fail to recommend his company to anyone asking for a roofer. And we are already considering giving him the job of repairing or replacing our barn roof. Or new flat roof has a 10yr warranty (not offered by any other contractor) and my husband (also in construction) went up on the roof at the end of the day and was extremely pleased with the workmanship. (Pictures attached!) It is a huge relief to us that we were able to find a good, honest, communicative roofing contractor, and I highly, highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

He got back to me pronto, left me a stack of shingles, called to assure that I got them, and would accept no payment. Three other "professional" roofing groups evaluated and the suggestions ranged from tearing down the wall and rebuilding, using caulk along the roof line, and another was rerouting a gutter. All first said "oh yeah, it's just a gutter cleaning" until I showed them that gutters weren't clogged and working just fine. The caulk guy was the most convincing, so I gave it a try - no change whatsoever. I was frustrated and losing hope. Moving on, I looked through Yelp for other roofers. I found one - Doyle, that for some reason stood out. I sent them a message and quickly received back a professional reply, asking when they could come out to evaluate. After some quick texts we set up a date. Afterwards I thought I should get more than one quote, so I used the Yelp "call for help" that sends out the request to (it seems) everyone in the world. [I will never use the Yelp random call for help thing again. I was text and phone bombed for three weeks after that. Not an exaggeration. Calls came in from all over the country - Texas, New York, Florida, Tennessee and more. I kept blocking numbers until it stopped - what a miserable experience! Even when I posted a public complaint one company just accelerated the calls and texts.] This is the first area Doyle stood out - that one initial contact via text (my preference) and some back and forth setting up the appointment. All done quickly and without being harassed. The polite professionalism and quick response put me right at ease. The owner, Sean, came onsite (on time and with text updates) and brought Tom, who did the evaluation. Tom was great - he explained in great detail the potential causes for the leak could be and pointed to an area where two sides came together. He said that a problem there was the most likely cause. He went up and looked around asked if I wanted to come up and see firsthand. I did and was blown away. He pointed to an area that clearly was suspect. The others had talked about everything but this area as the issue. Sean and Tom explained how they operate and what to expect (in clear detail). I had a few other requests unrelated to the leak and it was a quick "no problem, we can do that" and gave me a very reasonable price/estimate for it all on the spot. We arranged a convenient date. Sean send a contract electronically and I was able to sign remotely. Tom and another co-worker came on the date and time agreed on (a Sunday) actually a bit earlier than expected and immediately set up. Everything we agreed to was done. Tom kept me updated as to progress. Sean forwarded pictures on of the work that was completed - especially nice since some of the areas are impossible to see without climbing up to steep areas of the roof. Before they left Tom and his co-worker cleaned up everything - there was no mess or follow up I needed to do. All done with no surprises, no extra charges, and no BS. Several severe rainstorms later, not a leak, drip, or drop of water coming in. This truly was one of the best contractor experiences I've had. I only wish they did other home construction work!
