The bikes start around $400 and they go up up up from there. Besides bikes, they've got an assortment of accessories and gear. Check out the Jame Bros. Facebook page for info about sales and such. The staff were polite and happy to answer all sorts of questions and didn't hound or hassle you as you browsed. Perusing the website, there's info about local rides, bike rentals, and service options. There is a public restroom! Always a plus. It's in the back, to the left. Tidy too. They weren't going to open til noon (they were having a demo day) but welcomed me in (about 10:30) , not only did they have tires in stock, they had my bike done in a few hours. Only gave them one star because I couldn't figure out how to give them zero…read more They refused to pump up the tires, tighten the pedals, and adjust the brakes on my brand new Pedago City Commuter because it was an E-bike and they "just don't want to get into those". I could not get the person there to tell me whether they were afraid of some kind of liability or whether they just had no respect for E-bikes and folks like me who need the occasional assist of an electric motor. I got the distinct impression that it was the later since I was only asking for basic mechanical inspection and set-up. They don't seem to understand the concept that you are not liable if you are in no way negligent. That leaves two possibilities; they are either incompetent or rudely biased against what they see as something less than a "real bicycle". Since I've had no problem with their service in the past, I'm guessing it must be their bias. I didn't know that there were bicycle-nazi's in town, but now I do. Keep in mind that this is a shop that I have done exclusive if not frequent business with since the 1980's. I purchased my road bike from them many years ago and to date they have done all the service on my bicycles. Worst customer support, empathy, and biased policies I have experienced in a business that is supposed to support people in their hobby of bicycling. They will never get another dime of my money and I will go out of my way to send people to other shops in the area such as James Bro.s Bikes who had no problem whatsoever helping me tune my bike up. They were very friendly, professional, and said they love E-bikes and were more than happy to work on them. Funny, I didn't even know that there was another shop in town, until I was treated so poorly. I guess I should thank them for forcing me to find a real bike shop that actually cares about customer support. Maybe that is worth one star.

Update 9/24/26: Another shop confirmed brake pads were contaminated after Ride on Bikes refused to…read moreaudit their own work and told me my bike was fine without even seeing it over the phone. I was guided by their staff to buy the brake pads I want and was told SwissStop which I have on my rim brake bike were very good to order. Photos attached of the work done at Ride on Bikes. Rotors ruined as well as a result of how the brake pads were installed. Picked up my bike a week ago after paying for service, including installation of my own $90 SwissStop brake pads, specially ordered for my bike. The brakes squealed the first day, but I assumed the new pads needed time to settle in. Today, on my first real ride since the install, the brakes squealed horribly. I called the shop with my concerns, and instead of addressing them, they told me over the phone it was fine and blamed the rain. It was completely dry today. I've ridden this bike 41,000 miles, including 6,800 this year. Because I ride so much and my bike is my car, I've paid this shop thousands of dollars over the past year to service both of my bikes regularly. I know what normal brakes sound like. When I brought the bike in, they argued that the pad material was the cause instead of inspecting the brakes. The owner heard the squealing himself, but rather than look at the bike, he handed me $150 and sent me on my way. One would expect a normal bike shop to immediately put the bike on a stand and instead Jason drove the bike around the store and gave me $150. Very strange store. I took it to another shop, which found the pads were contaminated and the rotors are ruined. See the attached photos of the pads. While I was refunded for the labor, I'm now out the $90 brake pads I special ordered, I have ruined rotors to replace, and I need to pay for new service. I'm beyond disappointed. I ride a lot, but I'm not a mechanic, and I rely on a shop's expertise to keep my bike safe. They failed, and instead of taking ownership, the owner handed me cash and sent me elsewhere. In my opinion, that says they knew something went wrong. I won't be returning. Local cyclists deserve better technical support and customer care.

I happily will not be going back and would rather pay a higher price to have equipment fixed than deal with someone with this kind of attitude. I will admit the older gentleman that helped me when I got back was a much nicer individual, but that first greeting was horrible. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had at a Harley dealership. The guys inside were…read morehelpful but the service department was horrible. Took the bike in for a fairly serious issue and they charged me $40 to tell me it was nothing but slight cupping in the rear tire that wouldn't have caused my issue. They wrote in their records and hat I had other issues but never notified me of them. Turned out I had a tire that wasn't balanced and they never checked it as well as a bent rotor they knew about but didn't tell me. Took the bike over to country's and they had it fixed and on the road in an hour and a half at just over the price Harley charged to tell me nothing was wrong. Save your time, save your money, go somewhere else.

So glad they did. The guys at Ray's worked with the manufacturer, replacing the carburetor and tuning the bike. The repairs were extremely reasonably priced. The bike was better, but there was still an issue with the carburetor (quite possibly operator error), so we took the bike back. This time, not only did they deliver the bike to our home, but they refused payment! The guys felt bad because we've had so many issues with a brand new bike. Really - Ray's is good people.
