Even after explaining the situation; her customer service attitude was not acceptable. Did not notify the customer of the depreciated value of the bicycle with the return policy. Not only do they help and ask questions narrowing down your decisions to the perfect bike but they take it much further, they offer a complimentary tuning one time and a year of service. They also take the time to inform you about where to ride locally and they have community rides which they offer everyone to come to and participate. These people care about your well being as a customer and they want to earn your business not just sell you a bike and that's where the relationship ends. I could go on and on about this shop for I have purchased two bikes from there and both of them were fitted to me and tweaked as I gave them feedback after every ride. They want to hear from you if your sore and achy that's normal for a first time rider but if your going numb and getting blisters they told me to bring it back in and they would make adjustments immediately for my comfort. They have me 3 or 4 trails and a couple good road routes to try. Their prices seemed on par with my local shops here in Augusta. My wife and I bought bikes there today. The professionalism they have is remarkable. We are so pleased with the service. The knowledge they had was phenomenal! We both had bikes long time ago from Walmart and our bike riding experience was horrible. These people took the time to size us and to teach why the bikes are designed the way they are. My wife told me "that was best bike riding experience I have ever had on a bike"! We will be buying and hanging out there more often. The shorts were a little pricey, but so worth it. Our bottoms are saved from the shorts. Highly recommend buying shorts when you get your bike. Ride on bikes is the perfect spot in town. We went to the shop Sunday and although it was supposed to be closed, the owner was doing some renovation to the shop and allowed us to rent for the day. I have consistently maintained my bikes for 10+ years, including truing wheels, moved here without my tools so I had them true a pair of wheels, took a week and came back okay, not near perfect tho. The true didn't last more than a month or two. Should have done it myself, wheels are completely off balance now. Would have been cheaper and more reliable to buy the tool and do it without a stand. There may be better places out there, that get less business and are willing to spend the right amount of time and energy working on your bike read more

Had my bike fixed there more than once, and they were fast, and when I buy the occasional accessory they'll even put it on for you right there in the shop.
