Absolutely the worst, pathetic smoothie I've ever had. Ordered a Berry protein workout smoothie, medium, and got a medium something, tasted terrible and no berries. So I drank it because it cost me over $9.00, got to the bottom and there is a frozen lump of three, maybe four small strawberries. The protein powder had settled to the bottom as well. I'm still shaking my head in disgust and disbelief. Needless to say I will never go back, for anything! Get your smoothie elsewhere, and don't waste your money as I did today. I just wanted to leave a review for management. Forest is running your store amazingly. I have gone into this store a few different times now. Each time I have gone in Forest is the only one that is working. He has a fantastic attitude despite being the only one handling everything. He is friendly and professional, and he deserves a raise if no one else will come in and work. I also wanted to note that one of the times I came in. There was a small pop and a little rush. Arrived at this location during working hours only to find the door locked and a badly handwritten sign taped to the door stating they would be closed for 30 minutes. You could clearly see two employees inside socializing instead of working. Went here yesterday, never had Jamba Juice before . Was impressed with how great they taste but I think it's a bit much over priced? A small costs 6$ and a large is 7$ I know it's tatics to get you to spend the dollar more but still. Anyways over all place was kept nice, friendly employee who took our order and was patient with us as well since we took for ever to order gladly appreciate it :) only reason not 5 is just pricing but that's all. Absolutely horrendous "customer service", especially from Brandon. Apparently this store is entirely staffed by high school drop outs that come to work so stoned they can't make the products correctly. If I pay extra for an additional topping I expect it to be added. I definitely don't find it appropriate or professional that when I called to have it remade correctly, I was accused of lying about the lack of topping, given an immense amount of attitude, and an overall refusal to correct THEIR mistake. I have never liked Jamba Juice, primarily because I much prefer creamy smoothies over icy smoothies. But, hey, I figured I'd give it another shot while visiting my little sis since I learned that they now serve more than flavored ice. And, I asked what my options were in terms of getting some tasty and creamy or something off the beaten path at least. After some suggestions, my sister got the Kale-ribbean Breeze and I got the Carrot Orange Fusion. The former tasted alright, but I guess the girl didn't know how to make a smoothie properly, for it suffered from big chunks of kale. First lesson in making smoothies with veggies? Mix the veggies with the juice/liquid first before adding anything else of substance. As for the Carrot Orange, ICK! It tasted like they had ground up a bunch of orange kids vitamins and mixed them with some ice water. Bottom line: Jamba Juice still sucks and gets a BIG thumbs down. Go to your local smoothie vendors, as mostly all will beat Jamba. Even Starbucks--whose smoothies pretty much suck--are a lot better than Jamba. read more

I'm not clear on what, exactly, a Jamba is. But they juice it at Jamba, along with many other fruits. Jamba's Peanut Butter Calorie Bomb (NOTE: this is not what it's called on the menu) is ideal if you've been to the dentist and want to overeat without chewing. You'll go into a holy-crap-that-was-good peanut-induced coma. But unfortunately, Jamba doesn't really have any healthy juices. They have smoothies galore, but the closest thing they have to green, leafy Odwalla Superfood type stuff is wheatgrass, hidden somewhere in the back. Jamba Juice is pretty consistent - awesome smoothies that are refreshing with enough healthy credentials to absolve the guilt typically associated with treats like this. The product is good at this location and it is typically clean. I find the staff friendly although there tends to be a group of high-school coworker friends who linger. Really?? I can't upgrade my free birthday smoothie to a medium even if I pay the difference?? Ridiculous. Other than that the smoothies here are great. Apples greens with whey protein is my fav. I like all the added boosts they have such as whey or soy protein, energy blend, burn it boost etc. This is a great after gym treat or excellent for a hot summer day cool off. I have to admit that I'm disappointed with my service today at this location. Either it truly is against company policy to not be able to upgrade a free bday smoothie to a larger size even if you pay the difference or someone was not knowledgeable enough or even too lazy to figure out how to do it. There's only two girls working behind the counter right now so I understand service being slow but it's not exactly rocket science to blend some fruit and veggies together and serve your customers with a smile. There's about 15 people waiting in the lobby right now and I just now finally got my smoothie slammed on the counter with no thank you or have a nice day. Even on a cold and snowy day like today this location is always refreshing. The staff is attentive, apologetic when they get busy and I've never not liked what they've made for me. I've been on a juicing kick and it's good to be able to get something on the go on those days that I'm too busy. The manager/owner remembers my name when I walk in and has even started my favorite smoothie for me while waiting in line. Regarding some of the negative reviews, every retail store has a high turnover so don't rate a location based on one visit. Remember what you were like with your first job? And if ice cream smoothies are your thing and you open your review with "I've never liked Jamba...". well maybe you should stick to cold stone instead of trying to compare something healthy with a glycemic nightmare. I will continue to supplement my healthy juicing kick with Jamba and would drive past another location to get to this one! read more

I was ordering and asking questions about a drink but she rudely interrupted the cashier to hurry us up. She was loud and clear enough for us to hear, even made eye contact. Unbelievable the service that I received today from the manager wow I am appalled!! This young gal argued with me in front of about five customers I could not believe it! She was rude and snooty and made it a point to make me look bad. This used to be my favorite Jamba Juice location I've been A customer here since I was 16 years old and honestly The customer service here has only gotten worse. Rule number one: NEVER argue with a customer ESPECIALLY in front of other customers it makes you look bad as a company...this little incident makes me never want to go back. The argument was based on the fact that they would not accept my $50 bill as payment, the sweet gal at the register tried her hardest to accept my payment so that she could move onto other customers behind me, only to be rudely interrupted by the "manager". If Jamba Juice doesn't accept bills larger than a $20 it should be printed on the door in large print so that customers aren't surprised when they go to pay for their order. It's printed on the door in tiny print toward the bottom of the door....so what if I have an order that costs $30?? I can't pay with a $50 bill? That makes absolutely no sense I don't carry around small change with me! I'm just very disappointed in today's visit and once I find a corporate or GM contact I'll be discussing this matter in depth with them. read more

There are few smoothie places out there, and Jamba Juice is a good choice if you're looking for a refreshing juice or drink on the go. I ordered one of their green juices with apple, kale, lemon, cucumber and chia seeds. The apple adds the perfect amount of sweetness and the lemon adds a surprising but delicious tartness to the drink. It was a good drink but for the price point, I would much rather make it at home. read more

I gave them 2 stars out of the fact that my experience MUST have been an anomaly, as I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in my 10 years at getting wheatgrass at Jamba Juices(nationwide). Customer service deserves zero stars, as they didn't offer anything as a result of me waiting 25 minutes. I know they don't employ anyone over the age of 17, but business ethics is COMMON SENSE! P.S. This is the WORSE Jamba Juice ever. I placed a mobile order for a single drink at 12:40pm on the way to the store and waited until 1:20pm for my drink. That's 40 min for a single smoothie. There were 10 other people waiting for their orders to be made and another 8 people on line. Drink orders were out of order and people who were in line after others were getting drinks before the people still waiting. The manager Desiree doesn't seem to care about making customers happy or getting orders done quickly. Drinks are made half way to the top for an $8.00 smoothie. Things need to change at this store. Well, it looks like the corporate bean counters have gotten a hold of the decision of the ingredients suppliers, for the worse. Instead of chunks of fruit in the smoothie like before, everything is now like an ice cream paste with preservatives. Before berries were actually frozen whole berries. I love me some jamba juice. I wish there were more locations around Colorado. This location is clean and speedy. Great selection of healthy smoothies. They now offer vegetable juice blends. I had a kale drink, but it tasted fantastic. The boosts are also great. In addition to the typical energy and protein, they offer soy protein and chia seeds. Yum yum. read more
