Located on the outer ring of the West Covina Mall. I think Blaze Plaza used to be next door, but has since closed. This was my first visit to this Jamba location (that I can remember) as I have been frequenting another location that is on my usual route. Since we were here on a Sunday for a promotion, the lines were out the door, but management was smart to have had drinks already prepared for their customers. Mango-a-Go-Go Strawberries Wild The only two drinks for the promotion were Mango-a-Go-Go and Strawberries Wild. But since the drinks were already prepped and ready to go, the drinks were a bit melted and not as "fresh". I should have requested a Mango-a-Go-Go without one of its ingredients because I am allergic, but I didn't ask since the line behind me was out the door. I opted for the Strawberries Wild but is not my favorite. Overall, service was good as they were super busy. Overall, they provided great customer service. I could not imagine the volume of customers that they would be serving that day due to the promotion. Parking was easy to find since the establishment next door was empty. read more

I have not enjoyed a Jamba Juice in a while but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, didn't know what to get and the cashier/smoothie maker was helpful, kind, and patient. The smoothie itself was really good and refreshing. I got the protein berry workout with whey. It definitely did not disappoint, super creamy, perfect consistency without being overly sweet. I would definitely recommend trying the protein berry workout smoothie. This location is a little hidden but don't let the for lease sign next door trick you they are open. read more

If I could give this place negative 100 stars I would! I have been in the store for 15 minutes and still waiting to order. Vanilla sky isn't on the app and i need to order it in store and the both women saw me standing there. After 25 minutes or so I got helped on the register. Still had great customer service and welcomed everyone and thanked everyone waiting. To the owner; who is so cheap won't hire enough staff. This is the worse location due to your poor management. Always ONE staff working , they don't have internet, and they don't have large cups so if you order a large they have to split your drink in two cups. This is an exactly example of poor management. Then stated it might be my phone after waiting thirty seconds or more. She wasn't helpful at all. She spoke how it's not her responsibility to order the ingredients and that everything at this location was outdated. I just wasted $18 on two smoothies at a location that I would describe as an embarrassment to the brand. I will say that the sole employee was very apologetic about my experience and I appreciate him for that. This location has always had bad reviews and I've gone here sparingly, but I'm definitively done here after my last visit. First, you're not allowed to order a small smoothie. They are out of the cups (???) but in reality I think that they're just not selling them so that they can make more money. The food and pastries look days old. I would bet a pretty penny that they keep those baked goods far past the sell by date. The location is completely "out" of the fresh juices. I asked them why, they said that they don't have the means of ordering the supplies and that they don't have a working juicer. Their juicer isn't broken- they don't have one at all in spite of half of the menu being fresh squeezed juice. I asked them to do a split cup as you can order in the app, and I was told they're "not allowed to anymore" and that they wouldn't honor it if placed in a mobile order. Visited on 08/20/22. Boyfriend and I ordered 1 The Go Getter (Large) which costs $8.39. I had a 50% off coupon for any smoothie as well. After I paid, I asked for my receipt and noticed that the cashier charged me for 2 instead of 1 (receipt states that 2 smoothie costs $16.78 but since I had the 50% coupon for 1 smoothie, my overall total was $12.58). I brought this up to the cashier who apologized and gave me $8.39 back in cash. The employees ended up making the 2 drinks and gave it to us as an apology for the mistake I guess. Drinks were healthy and delicious however 1 tasted sweeter than the other. There were employees sitting down and just hanging out. It looked like they brought a friend there who was blasting rap music on his phone and chillin. Unprofessional but oh well. Days after, I checked my credit card statement and noticed that the cashier gave me back $12.58. So basically I got 2 drinks for FREE, and I got an additional $8.39 in cash. One opportunity for improvement is to please train your employees how to count; I hope I am the only customer that they gave extra money to, but if they did this to several other customers then this particular store is losing money. read more

Bravo to this lady trying to manage everyone in line plus a large order for 6 alone!! Management should be embarrassed that they don't know how to manage their store. So I came here for a quick stop to get just some juice either strawberries wild or mango gogo you know Jamba Juice they have like what you need right so I walk in. No one's in there it's literally desolate and a ghost town. I order a small strawberries, wild and the lady tells me "we don't have small so you have to get a medium or large", I say OK. Oh how this place has fallen... I used to work at what is now T-Mobile years ago and frequent this location all the time. Customer service used to be great with greeting, smiles, even with long lines. My two visits in the past two weeks has been the complete opposite. Visit 1: ordered through the mobile app, arrived 5 minutes later, walked in with 2 parties waiting inside, 2 workers head down, no greet nor smiles. notified worker of my mobile order and stood to the side. 10 minutes later, new customer walks in, orders, and receives their order. 2nd notification to worker, she visibly reacted that she forgot and said she'll make my order another 15 minutes goes by and still nothing, i ask the other worker and they apologize and take over my order, out in a few minutes. Visit 2: placed order through mobile app, arrived 15 minutes later and drink was ready. however i had called 4x and couldn't reach the staff. 1-3 went to voicemail, 4th was picked up and hung up on immediately. when i arrived there was 1 party in front of me with 3 staff, didn't look like they were busy. person that helped me did not seem very friendly. add to the fact that jamba juice actually charges a $.35 service fee to use their app each time is laughable, most places give you discounts, they charge you. read more

I chose this location because they're open at 6:30. So after charging my car, I drove 30 minutes the opposite direction of my job, to this location after ordering on the app. To my surprise I arrived at 6:43 and they are not here. It is now 7:05 and nobody is still here. I've called the store several times and it just has this annoying beep when it answers. I would like to have my energy drink to get my morning started and get to work but I guess the employees at Jamba juice had other plans and decided not to come to work today. This is very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed and I may never return to this location because I can't trust that it will be open when they say they're open. Not to mention I already paid for my drink that I can't have. Now I have to try to not be grumpy and grouchy without any energy or vitamins to start my day. Walking in the worker doesn't acknowledge you and just gave me my drink saying "here btw you're getting charged full price tomorrow"!?!?
