What a good impression she left me with this store definitely will go back again ! They use all fresh fruit and cane sugar no preservatives and it's not even that sweet it's Asian sweet . Everything is based on fresh coconut the meat, water and the milk ! Love this place it does get busy later and especially on weekends , there are few outdoors seatings , most people just grab and go . Got the triple coconut and a durian coconut, the triple coconut is in a whole coconut with coconut with all the goodies so light and refreshingly delicious! Of course Durian is never a disappointment ! #melomelo

I was just here yesterday & at 4 pm they were sold out of my favorite, Triple Coconut (the entire coconut filled with coconut jelly & coconut pudding with its own coconut meat) I love scraping it off once I eat the goodies. There's nothing like eating dessert that brings back childhood memories, except it's better in this rendition. Lo & behold, they have 3 Triple Coconut even at this late hour (10:40 pm). Hubby wanted the Triple Coconut, too, & 2 more Double Coconut. I also ordered one with mango puree. I learned that the coconut pudding is made at another location and the ones they sell at this location that has fruit added, these staff cut the fruit and add to the bottle. So the recipe is unknown to the staff. Best kept secret, I suppose. Believe me, I tried to copy and I have yet to achieve success. The shop is modern & clean. The staff are super friendly. Parking is free and could get challenging at peak hours due to shared among many businesses at this Diamond Plaza in Rowland Heights. Glad it's open late (11 pm), the one near us, Sam Gabriel closes at 10 pm. I'm so glad we made a dash coz we got 3 of the last Triple Coconut!

If you're craving matcha ice cream, I'd recommend stopping by--just be prepared for the higher prices.

They let me know all the different desserts and options. They also explained pricing and availability to me. They showed me all the different toppings that they have for not just ice cream and sundaes, but crêpes as well. Considering I walked in here, thinking that this was strictly an ice cream place, they have a very large menu. One thing that I remember very fondly about my visit here was not that there were a lot of people here, but the people that were dining in, they were mostly families with children. That may not seem like an important thing, but to me, seeing that is precious More often than not, you see children, their parents, and even their parents parents. So sometimes you get a small group of people, but really you have three generations. Quality time like that is absolutely precious and to see them so engaged in conversation with one another and laughing the entire time and sharing dessert, that was so awesome. Sharing ice cream with my dad at an ice cream parlor near our home is a very fond memory for me. So I guess that's why I paid attention to this while we died at scoop Street. When I took a moment to take a step back and look at our little family, we also were there in our lil three generational group: me, my kiddo & my Mom. The prices here are more than reasonable. The ice cream that is used for their desserts is from thrifty. The waffle cones are made in house and smell amazing. There really wasn't anything more than I could've asked of this visit to the ice cream shop. This was so special. Servers: Art & Austin

A few years ago I came in and the person working the front was extremely rude to me. Let me know I contact with me, didn't greet me, we had to get their attention and when we did, they gave attitude. I ended up walking out and they're not purchasing anything. Years ago when they first opened, I used to work in one of the nearby shops and people that were so kind and reall I used to genuinely care about and support this business, but the customer service has steadily declined. Today, I walked in with my service animal. As soon as we entered, he lay down because it was extremely hot outside. Like most dogs, he was curious about the smells around him, but he remained calm and under control. The employees at the front asked whether he was a service animal, and I told them that he was. While I was trying to place my order on the tablet, no one offered to help me. My dog walked a few steps away from me while still attached to his leash. There were no other customers in the shop. One of the employees told me that if my dog continued to pull against the leash, she would have to ask me to leave. After noticing my reaction, she quietly added that I could leave him outside. I simply replied, "No, thank you," and walked out. I understand the importance of maintaining health and safety standards and following company policies, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. My dog was not bothering anyone, and there wasn't a single customer in the store. Businesses should also understand that service animals are protected under the law and generally cannot be excluded simply because they are present. A service animal must be under the handler's control, but asking someone to leave under these circumstances was disappointing. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I never really have to go to that plaza, but maybe someday I will lol. The taro yuan house special drink is one of my favorites. The boba like taro pieces, the not too sweet yet very refreshing flavor, and fresh taro (not powdered) makes this such a special treat. If you are looking for something sweeter, the Nutella taiyaki is so good. The other flavors are okay in my opinion (I've had fresh red bean desserts in Hong Kong that blow their red bean out of the water). But I could just be nitpicking. There is a bit of tangy/vinegar taste from the sauce they added which worked well with the rest of the flavors. Spinach was nice and fresh, can taste the natural flavors of the mushrooms. The egg whites were cooked/pan fried with beautifully crispy edges. Inside is not bad. There are some tables and seats and some cute decorations. If you're in a hurry, don't order here, especially if it's a savory crepe. Two orders after me with sweet crepes were ready before mine was ready...I waited 20 minutes. I also tried: Snickerdoodle - really good, soft and flavorful, OG Chocolate Chip - classic and solid and Inception cookie - loaded with white chocolate chips and Oreo pieces (a little sweet for my taste, but still good if you like richer desserts). He offers a wide variety of flavors (just ask!), and it's easy to see why he gets a lot of catering requests. Super convenient too -- delivery is available depending on your location, or you can arrange for pickup. Plus, he accepts credit cards, which is always a plus.
