Upon entering the store, the ladies there were very welcoming and also busy with other customers. I got their mangonada and tamarind shaved ice. My boyfriend loved the shaved ice and we came to find out that they used fresh tamarind!! This is honestly a pleasant surprise as we've never had something like it before. It was def super sour but we liked that. The mangonada, on the other hand, was off putting imo because I was expecting more of a sorbet. The mango ice cream that they used had a gooey texture to it. It took me to my roots. I loved that every inch was flavorful with a nice tamarindo chunk on top. I've never had a tamarindo shaved ice this good in the states. We also ordered the horchata matcha which was delicious in its own right too, with the perfect amount of sweet. They also offer free popcorn which I think is a great way to appreciate the customers as they wait. Located in a small shopping center with parking easily accessible. I didn't grab one since it was the end of the day but they had cherry Coke energy drink in the fridge and I have NOT seen that anywhere else. My husband ordered a Shake he said it was good the açaí bowl and yogurt bowl were good I was told. Randomly came upon this place while visiting the Dollar Tree next door. Decided to stop by here since we were craving a chamango. It was completely empty inside when we arrived. We ordered 3 items; chamango, regular elote and a regular churro. I had asked for my elote to have extra chili since most places barely put anything. It came out looking and smelling delicious. Their chili is completely different than most chili powder because i regret asking for extra. It was so spicy yet still good enough to eat. Their churro was okay to me. I felt like their batter/dough was slightly under fried. It was crispy on the outside but the inside was still soft and sticky. I have no complaints in their chamango as they gave us good amount of mango chunks and chamoy sauce. It also came with a chamoy straw and some chamoy chunks i believe.
