This is pretty much the best Jamba Juice in the South Bay. Like Kirby, I used to work at Jamba for a number of years when I was younger, so I know what a good location is! This place knows how to make a smoothie; their breads are fresh; the floor is clean most of the time; they are efficient at making their drinks; and the customer service is friendly. This store is also one of the bigger ones as there is plenty of room for a line to grow, and there are actually two tables with seating inside. I think there is one table outside as well. Next door is a Subways, a DreamDinners, and a Starbuck's, so if your companion does not crave juice, send them to Starbuck's! read more

Update: Almost every single time I come here, the service is slower than molasses. And now, today, the registers aren't working, so they are only accepting cash... with the nearest ATM too far to be worth the effort. I only come here because it's the closest one to where I need to be and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, that it will be better than the last time, but it just gets worse. Can someone with better business savvy take over this location please? This is a very high traffic location; displeasing customers with slow service and inconsistent equipment is NOT the way to go here. Very messy/dirty, no bathroom key(?), crappy drink, unprofessional manager, lacking supplies/organization, poorly trained workers. Appearance: The counters were dirty and looked like they hadn't been wiped clean for some time. There are two napkin holders and both were empty.... I had to ask for napkins and guy went in the back to bring out a package. The powdered ingredients for the drinks were haphazardly scattered behind the counter, looking very messy. Organization/Training: The girl at register was clearly new and had no clue what she was doing as she had to run to the back for nearly every customer request... My drink came to $3.89 and she had no pennies (I paid with a $5) so she had to call to the back. I told her don't worry about the penny, but there was an awkward delay before anyone came to help her. Another customer asked to use the bathroom and girl disappeared to get the key (IMO, bathroom keys are disgusting to begin with, but that's beside the point).... when she returns, she tells the customer "I'm sorry, we don't have the key." So, the guy couldn't use the restroom. Guy making my smoothie disappeared in the back at least 2 - 3 times while making the drink (I believe once was to get a banana). Drink: I ordered a Chunky Strawberry Topper and dude made it so runny and gross, I had him remake it. Unprofessional Conduct: The manager was telling a customer (I'm guessing it was an employee/former employee) how difficult her day was and how it was so busy earlier that "no one did anything" - very unprofessional to be venting like this right in front of several customers, particularly when you are the manager. read more

Yelp usually has the correct hours listed for this Jamba Juice, Google maps is sometimes off about it. This Jamba Juice closes early sometimes which throws me off sometimes. The drinks itself are pretty standard compared to other locations. The workers here are pretty friendly and the place is always pretty clean. I never see it too busy at this location, people often times seem to be at the Starbucks next door instead. My smoothies typically come out correct here, there have been a few times when they've forgotten the boost, but I always got it corrected. read more

Teresa is amazing and could practically run this place with her eyes closed! The consistency is great and parking and location are fantastic! I love all Jamba Juice locations. Mango a go go is the way to go go. I crack my self up (which is good since no one else seems to find me funny!) I haven't tried very many of the creations that I don't like. All the Jamba locations seems to be consistent flavor wise and the fruit they use is always high quality and ripe (I know it's frozen). This location is never crowded with tons of people and when there are a few people in their it always goes by really fast. I would drink this stuff everyday if it wasn't so many calories. I always surprise my husband with a Jamba Juice when he is having a rough day and it always seems to perk him up. read more

Worst customer service I have ever had at a Jamba Juice. Four employees all goofing around while six people wait in line and one customer waits for their drink. No one was at the cash register. When the "team captain" had to finally come and take my order he charges me for the wrong size. One employee was walking around talking to all the other employees and making them goof off even more. I'm wondering where is the manager? Is this "team captain" the manager? That's a scary thought. Will not be visiting this location again. I have been to this Jamba Juice on many occasions, morning, noon, and night and I always have great service. The employees are friendly and smiling and helpful. It's also nice to see they have revamped there menu a bit. They have several options if you're trying to watch what you're eating and be healthier. This jamba juice was not good to me.. They ran out of 32 oz size cups so put into two 16 oz cups was fine.. Then the girl only filled each of them 3/4 of the way, if that!
