My go to anytime I am sick and or want a good yogurt. I worked two places for 12 hours and was woken up out of my sleep so I needed some energy without having a Red Bull that be unhealthy for you. I ask the girl there what's the difference was between the two strawberry drinks and she was able to explain to me both of them and was very well informed about what she was selling. I went with the strawberries wild with the boost of energy. I was able to go to my next shift and didn't have any dragging going on. . The inside is nice and lit up. They did have someone sleeping on the chair chairs, but in this day and time, I don't see how management could want any young person asking someone to leave so I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't seem stressed over it. read more

The mango go go tasted great but they messed up our order and gave us peach pleasure instead ,but the kind staff gave us new ones.

The manager I'm assuming who I can only describe as an African American man with glasses was very rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with the way my order was made and before the nice employee I notified about it was able to fix it the man I described who I'm assuming was the manager emerged from the back and stopped him. Told me that all the other staff and other Jamba's makes it the wrong way and this is how it's to be made. Even after showing him photos online under Jamba Juice of the exact same order with substitute, he still told me I was wrong. So to save myself any more embarrassment from him in front of other customers and staff I simply ask for a refund. When he returns I asked for a receipt or some kind of proof of refund in which he angrily replies , I don't have it ... what was once one of my go-to places before work and for lunch has now lost my interest. I'll recommend driving 20 mins to Arden Fair for better customer service and complete orders made with care not just rushed and thrown together. read more

Whenever I'm in the area I stop by for a Jamba Juice. My favorite drinks are the white gummy, mango a go go, an a custom one that taste like Kool Aid (strawberries wild sub out the banana for another scoop of strawberries and sub out the frozen yogurt for orange sorbet). The customer service is usually friendly and most recently Dorean recognized me from coming in multiple times and gave me some valuable information. Feeling a little sluggish this morning and I wanted something to pick me up and give me some energy. If youre not into dairy, or cant have it, they offer some wonderful substitutions such as almond milk. They really are accommodating. My absolute favorite is the sunrise strawberry with extra frozen yogurt!! It tastes very creamy filling! My lady loves the original favorite: strawberry wild! She also adds extra frozen yogurt!!! Makes the drink extra thick and more of a yogurt taste which we love! You can add a boost such as energy, vitamin c, zinc, or even the daily vitamin.... But it's extra! If you visit this location, if Dijon is working, he's cool and makes sure you enjoy your drink! This location is pretty convenient for me. It's the only Jamba Juice in Natomas now that the one in Safeway off of del paso is gone. With covid I decided to use the mobile app instead of waiting in line. It was really easy to use and you pretty much pay for it on your card. They have a rewards system and with any rewards system the more you purchase the more points you obtain. When you first sign up you get $3 off. I used that already and then got another $2 off if you spend $10. Which is basically 2 drinks. It came in handy!! I ordered the green tea matcha blend and the white gummi and love it. It's like the kids making it have the measurements wrong- using tsp instead of TBS. My matcha green tea blasts have been pale and not green like they should. I've asked twice if they can remake it- adding more green tea powder. It comes out almost the same. And watery. Very disappointed. Today I thought I'd try to order it again and again disappointed.
