Came here on Friday February 15th at 1 and it took almost 30 minutes to order and get our drinks. They only had 2 employees working, one of which was new and barely new how to make all the drinks and the other girl had to go back and forth between helping her and ringing up customers of which the line was getting quite large as was the wait. I don't blame the employees but the managerial staff for not having more people on. This review is for this Jamba Juice only... GROSS fail. How can a chain with strict protocol to be a cookie cutter version of every other Jamba Juice be so awful? There were 5 of us getting Jambas. Not one of us liked our smoothie...In fact, despite getting 4 distinct flavors, they all tasted like one thing--ass flavored ice. Thanks a lot. Oh, and does the term day old bread mean anything to you? Because I'm pretty sure the pizza sticks and cinnamon pretzels were prehistorically old. I love Jamba Juice, but this one was terrible. I came here today with my son . I ordered the matcha,green tea blast and a wheatgrass shot,1 oz and my son ordered a orange dream machine and a tomato cheddar pretzel . We come in here every time we are out in Redlands or Loma Linda area . I love coming in here its clean and the staff is always very nice and friendly and helpful and have great customer service. Been here too many times well after opening and was told that oatmeal wasn't ready. The staff gets there an hour early to prepare before they open the doors and yet they still are not prepared. Long time Jamba Juice lover- but this location it seems that gets worse and worse every time I go- seems now a days no matter what time I'm go - only 1 or2 employees are working and mostly it's just 1 person doing everything . I don't have a lot of time some days on my lunch and to have to wait 25 mins for my juice is just crazy - more than once I wanted to just ask for my money back and go somewhere else. This review isn't about the smoothies, so I can't comment on whether this location has improved their smoothies since the other Yelpers' reviews. I came in to this Jamba Juice one morning for some quick breakfast. One of the servers suggested I try the steel-cut oatmeal with bananas and brown sugar. For only 290 calories and a little over $3, I would definitely get this oatmeal again. The bananas were perfectly ripe, the brown sugar complimented the bananas well, and the steel-cut oats were cooked well. It's good to know that these kinds of places that serve people with calorie-rich smoothies and other sugar bombs have a few healthy alternatives. read more

This is our neighborhood Jamba Juice and we go at least once a week. Today, I went in before I picked up my kids from school and figured I had plenty of time. As luck would have it, there was a line and I noticed only 1 person working. She was greeting everyone and apologizing for the wait. She was running back and forth to get what she needed to make the smoothies. Then the phone started to ring off the hook. Through the chaos, she maintained excellent customer service and her composure. When she made my order, I asked for her name. Apparently, the other person who was supposed to be there with her did not show up for work. Audrey is an extremely hard working individual and I would be proud if she was my daughter. I just like the product here. If you want something sweet they have sherbet. If you want something healthier and still sweet they have yogurt and they have smoothies with none of that swag. I get the mega mango. It's all fruit and it tastes as good as anything with sherbet. The employees are about as happy as you can expect from people at work. The drinks are $5 but when you consider how much Starbucks charges versus what's in these drinks, this place is a major major value. read more

I went here last night with my family and when I walked in I first noticed that the guy making smoothies was wearing his mask under his chin. Trust me i hate wearing these masks too but It bothered me because we are in a time that we need to be cautious for others and ourselves. I was going to confront him when he took our order but I saw him bring it up a little. After he took our order it went down under his chin again, making our smoothies. I was super uncomfortable. Also no gloves and I didn't see him wash his hands after the people he helped before us. I think whoever runs this specific spot needs to re-educate their employees. The worst Jamba Juice I have ever been to. The girls working here have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they act like you're a burden when you're ordering and while making your food. I came in asking for Bowls multiple times, and the girls in the morning always say there is no fresh fruit. I one day spoke to the manager and she informed me there is fresh fruit available they just are not serving it to customers. LAZY LAZY LAZY. I went to pick my bowl up earlier this week that I ordered online and they still were not open 30mins after opening. The staff here are lackluster at best. I went here on Saturday and remembered about 3 seconds after I paid that I had a bogo coupon. I know, I should have had it ready when I made my purchase...but I had it 3 seconds later. The girl behind the counter said she simply could not take it because I did not have it out in time. It's not even like she had to open the register to give me money back, they could have taken my coupon and just made me a second smoothie, but she refused, mumbling some half-hearted excuse why she wouldn't do this. I mean it's a chain juice bar, but man was service horrible. I walked in when two blonde girls were working. When I got up to the cash register one asked if I had an online order, to which I replied no. I stood there waiting to place my order while they were seemingly fumbling through their tasks, and I was thinking they're busy they'll get to me in a second. I grew frustrated after 10 minutes of standing there while neither of them even bothered to look my direction to assist when another couple walks in. The other girl tells them they're only taking online orders. I thought, "..why didn't the first girl tell me?" I walked to the front of the store to check if I maybe missed a sign. Nope. Only now hiring signs and mask required upon entry ones were posted. I stood there looking like a fool for 10 minutes before someone said something, and not even to me nonetheless. In addition, the second girl had to repeat herself twice that they were only taking online orders to the couple because it was so hard to hear, not because of the blenders, but that the music was so loud. It was almost like standing in an empty night club. Just terrible terrible service. When in tonight because i was craving a mango a go go and when i received my smoothie i began drinking it and i noticed that i was getting some hard pieces of mango in my drink but as i kept drinking it seemed like i kept getting more and more so i pull a piece out of my mouth and to my surprise it was not mango at all. Being some who works in the food service industry I understand when you want to shut everything down so you can clock out of the closing shift at a reasonable time. I came in with still a couple minutes left until closing (9:55 pm) and I just wanted to get an açaí bowl. One of the ladies came out and was already locking the doors. I asked if they were already closing the store knowing that they close at 10, and the lady replied yes we're closing now. I questioned her timing because it wasn't 10 yet and she said "well yeah but it's almost time so..." I don't know maybe the place I work at hold a different standard of keeping our doors open UNTIL actual closing. I think what through me off the most was the girls attitude being pretty adamant to not wanting to deal with me. I come to this Jamba Juice all the time since I go to school right down the street I use my boyfriends debit card every time since I can't go to work with school full time he supports me, usually the workers are so understanding and sweet and don't second guess me on my debit card that I use every single time I go there, I'm pregnant I travel to go to school and hour everyday to sometimes get breakfast there and it's usually a wonderful experience but this morning the only worker there named Devon decided she wanted to be super rude as soon I walked up to the cashier and order and refused to take my way of payment... which I consider so odd since everyone else that works there is so understanding and polite, but for some reason this Devon girl just woke up and decided she wanted to be a complete jerk, so if you go here in the morning and there is a girl named Devon there I highly recommend walking right on out unless you want your morning to get completely ruined. I'm shocked with how an employee would talk to someone first thing in the morning and go out of her way to be a jerk. Horrible service! I always get a Cold Buster when I am feeling a little under the weather. I modify it so that I get more fresh OJ and berries as opposed to the fake concentrate juice and sugary sherbet. On 11-18-2015 around 8pm I drove from San Bernardino just to get a smoothie and I was told it would be a 50 cent up charge for every 2 ounces of juice. They were going to charge me AN ADDITIONAL 7 DOLLARS for a smoothie!! $14 for a smoothie is outrageous! I called the store next to my work, because they never charge me, and was told that OJ is not subject to an up charge as it was an option prior to adding all the new fresh juices to the menu. Yet this location felt it was ok to try to rip me off. Waste of gas, waste of time. Never been to Juice It Up but I think it is time I check them out. Won't be back! Been coming here for years. Service is dependent on the employees that particular day. I love their secret menu, my favorite is the white gummi bear or strawberry sourpatch kid. But I've been on a healthkick lately, so I come in for their freshly made veggie juices and acai primo bowl. I used to like going to Jamba Juice a lot when I was younger, because the idea of fruit smoothies seemed like a healthy but super yummy choice. Now that I'm older and I can fully comprehend the nutritional value of each smoothie, I don't have the same optimistic view of Jamba Juice. A lot of the drinks are high in calories, and high in sugar. Anyways besides all that, I still enjoy some of the drinks. I like the protein berry workout a lot. They also have "light" smoothies as well as refresher drinks, that are "light" as well. For those who do not know about the secret menu, there is a drink called the white gummy and the red gummy, which really taste like gummy bears! But beware those drinks are very high in sugar. Okay enough with my health conscious review lol. The location is located in like the "foodie" area of Citrus Plaza, among Starbucks, Cold Stone, Niko Niko, and a Chinese and a Mexican restaurant. A lot of folks like to hang out there with the outdoor tables and water fountain; really cool place to be in during the summer. Enjoy! read more
